These guys charge you 1 dollar for donations all the time and never ask you if you want to donate. They also never give you a receipt. I tried asking for a receipt and they said their machine is broken. I also ordered a piece and didn’t want the drink but they charged me for it and when I told them about it, the manager got upset and threw a dollar at me. This is a scamming business and should get shut down. I’ll be going to someone higher about this.

It has been about 2 years since I’ve visited this location. Full of regret already! First I was given old fries, and then I left with some “naked” old tasting nuggets. Waste of a drive, waste of time and waste of money. It’s worth the travel of going to KFC on 1960. Do not go to the Aldine Mail Route location!

This place needs to shut down . They never have any chicken ready , you always have to order and park till your order is ready . And majority of the time the order is incorrect, not cooked well ( dried ) and I swear they only give three pieces of ice in your drink . Shut it down already !!!

On March 29, I went into KFC and placed my order for a four piece chicken with fries. I persistently asked for two thigh’s leg and a breast. I received all dark meat, with mashed potatoes. I tried to call them but no one answered the phone.

Horrible customer service, horrible food overall horrible experience. I went to this facility for lunch and at the drive through, a lady was very rude and rushing me to order. I order a chicken sandwich combo and got my food but the chicken was over cooked and burnt. The Mac and cheese was still frozen. Before pulling off I checked my food and an old white lady who worked at the window was staring at me the whole time waving me to drive off. Also note, I’m literally the only car in line so no need for it, probably was rushing to have her time with the cars get cut but she wasn’t doing her job properly. I asked for a fork for the Mac and cheese and she walked away and asked somebody did they put a fork in there? And I out loud said no and why would I ask for one if there was one in there. Shut this place down or replace the staff but the experience not only from me but others were horrific and I’ll never come back here again.

Very bad experience here! Went through the drive thru, they were quick but when we got home and started eating the chicken, the quality was bad!!! When I called to speak to the manager (Melissa). She didn't introduce herself, I had to ask her name. She informed me that they could not give a refund but they would replace the chicken. We bought a 12 pcs crispy chicken dinner. We are 4 adults. So, how do they not expect us to taste the chicken. When I got there, I asked for Melissa, who never came out to speak to me about the issue. They took the bucket of chicken, counted how many whole pieces were left, and only replaced 8 pieces. They were replaced with original chicken and gave me the smallest pieces they had. I never even received an apology from anyone in this establishment! 3.2 stars, I'm sorry they are way over rated! I really hope the own of this establishment reads these reviews. They still have time to make major changes and save their establishment!

We should have looked at their ratings before ordering from this location. There is a reason they have 3.2 stars and in my opinion they should have even less than that. We went through the drive through and they were fast to serve us but when it came to us eating our chicken it was just awful! We should have know from the smell of it that the meat that had gone bad. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and being hungry, obviously, we started eating and you could taste that the chicken had already gone bad and yet here they were frying it up and serving it to their customers. We called and spoke to their manager (named Melissa) to let them know they were selling rotten chicken to their customers and they told us we could take back the rotten chicken and they could replace it. Not wanting more disgusting chicken we asked if we could take it back and just be refunded but Melissa said they don't do refunds. We figured we'd try again so we went back, handed in the nasty chicken, they counted it and told us they were only going to give us 8 pieces from the 12 piece we had originally ordered. Four grown adults sat down to eat dinner and we all noticed the awful taste, of course there were going to be 4 pieces of chicken that had been bitten into! Anyways 8 pieces was the best they could do ?. The quality of the food was terrible but not nearly as bad as the service. When we went back they called for the manager but she never even showed her face! We are all the way around disgusted with the service in this establishment and lesson learned, we won't be coming back.

We drove all the way back there to give them their rancid chicken and they wouldn't replace the entire bucket of chicken. Melissa did not approach us when we got there.
