I ordered 3 pcs. 2 wings and a breast . They cut the breast in 3 pieces and the breast was the portion of a chicken wing..ā I want the whole breast ā, I go back and let KFC employees that they didnāt give me the right pieces. They refix it the same way they gave it to me, but this time it had another piece a little breast in there,ā I will never go there again.

This is by far the WORST KFC ever the workers are very rude the food never be fresh. Always getting order wrong I just left my whole order was wrong. Plus it wasnāt even done chicken still had blood in it. When I call the store back the manager had a nasty attitude didnāt want to replace my order. SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!!!!

The nastiest chicken Iāve ever tasted. Then I ordered Mac and Cheese for a side and they gave me mash potatoes and ALSO nastiest Iāve ever had. The gravy looked like gelatin. The chicken was watery. The only good thing was the fries.
Pulled in the drive-thru around 9:30pm only to be told that they were closed. But when I called the manager stated they close at 10pm and the employee that told me that "knows better." Customer service need to get ALOT better... smh

To spend $40 pull around and wait 10 minutes, to then receive soggy chicken, mac and cheese that tasted like a sad watery mix of unseasoned milk and butter and mashed potatoes with NO gravy on top of subpar customer service was upsetting to say the least. Will absolutely NOT visit again and will absolutely NOT recommend. I paid for something and was severely short changed. Update: my husband is now having severe food poisoning symptoms and will likely need to go to a hospital. This place should be SHUT DOWN.

Obvious crime elements outside. Tried to pick up my online app order through the drive thru but was told I had to come inside. I have to park in the obviously not safe parking lot and come in. But SURPRISE! The lobby is locked. Like what the actual heck!!!!! There was no need for me to come inside. Then they come open the door and make me leave out the other door which was farther away from my car and near the danger outside. Seems like a total setup for a more unsuspecting customer. Avoid this dangerous awful location at all costs.

I order the chicken pot pie It was so old the crust was seeking in. I call KC they gave me another one. It seemed like it was good, but it seems like so I stick my fork in it. It was old too. This is the worst KFC. I ever been soon since I moved to Houston and the bad part about it when I told the manager instead of him apologize and say I'm sorry for giving you a bad popeye. He gonna try to justify it and say oh because we only have the top of the crust, it does matter if you only haves top of the crust. The crust not supposed to be seeking in to the bottom of the chicken pot pie If you want KFC, do not stop at this one. It's the worst KFC they should shut down. The manager suck the staff suck. I was one of us never really see any cars in the park a lot. Cause the worst kfc I ever been to in houston And I place my order online for pick up. KFC did not have not one customer when I came there and said excuse me. The men are gonna say wait. One moment and it took him like 25 minutes to come over to me. When is nobody in there? It's not even nobody in the drive there. So I should not wait even that 1 moment. To pick up my order that I already paid for I wish I didn't. It was a waste of my mind
