So they gave me the wrong order. It was 2 pot pies. The lady with gray hoodie proceeded to take them back. I told the girl in the black hoodie don’t give nobody that food I just touched it. Mind you I was just having a whole coughing spell from chocking on my taro tea in the drive thru. I guess they didn’t care so I told her I’ll pay for one since I touched them but not both. Gray hoodie took the other one sat it to the side. I came in just to make sure she didn’t give it to nobody the same pot pie still where she say it just to add another pot pie and hand it to the lady behind me. They took forever to get the manager who honestly wasn’t even in the bdg at all just pulled in. He didn’t say nothing. She tried to say threw it away but the pag she pulled out the trash had a reg chicken box in it not a pot pie box.

Our last experience was not a pleasant one. We went to KFC later in the evening this Saturday night in hope of having leftovers for Sunday, as well. We ordered a family meal of original recipe chicken. After ordering in the drive thru we were asked to park in the front to wait on the order. When we parked we noticed that there were several other cars parked and waiting, as well. We waited about 15 when the worker came out and asked if we could take extra crispy instead of original recipe because they ran out. We reluctantly agreed because that is not what we ordered. The original sides were coleslaw and macaroni and cheese. I asked if I could get a bowl of gravy to go with the crispy chicken. We waited some more. When we got home we realized that instead of mac & cheese we had mashed potatoes and gravy. Also, the crispy chicken was not fresh but it looked as if it had been sitting out. Needless to say, we were not satisfied with the food because it was not KFC quality. The worker seemed overwhelmed but he was doing his best to keep things running efficiently but I think the restaurant was short staffed.

I've ordered here 2 days in a row. 1st day they gave my order away and then closed on me n had to wait for the next day. So I did and next day I ordered and they tried to make it right but still messed it up. I was supposed to get 2 3pc (2)thighs n (1)drum meal and 1 3pc (2)breasts n (1)wing meal, but got (1)thigh n (2)drum and (1) small breast (1)drum and (1)thigh. And the food was chewy and overcooked. And they don't want to make it right now. Even tho I payed like $100 with everything. Very unsatisfied.

Terrible customer service. Then they just stop carrying KFC promotions just because they feel like it. Every other KFC in Houston has the chicken and waffles but THIS one! TERRIBLE! Close the restaurant if you no longer care about the customers you serve!

Listen! I’m not sure who the new crew or manger is but they are doing an excellent job!! I can’t lie, I love this chicken but every time I came here the service was poor and the food wasn’t fresh! I’ve been here 3 times in the past two weeks and everything is perfect and fresh!!! THANK YOU! I’ll be back!
