This store is utterly ridiculous. Every damn time I go through the drive thru they tell you to get out and come inside to order. If we wanted to get out we would not drive through the drive thru. Literally 9/10 times you go through the drive thru you are instructed to get out and come inside to order. I’m so sick of the laziness at this location!

Came inside order 3 piece tender and one chicken breast and ordered this at 4:05 and I'm still waiting on my order at 4:43 this is very sad my last time coming here I spend to much money on chicken to be waiting like this ???

This location is a hit or miss..This location is on my way to work so either the chicken is dry and the french fries stale or it's ok..I guess today instead of the drive thru timer showing accuracy on how long we wait for our food they have us pull up or make u turn in street to park by front door. After covid the quality of food and customer service has gone down and no one cares. SO I agree close this location down.

Just went here a couple of minutes ago through the drive thru. I get home and the food is nasty. It taste old like the wings have been setting there for a while and they are dry and the biscuit was hard. . The potato bowl is nasty and the nuggets on it were dry as well. Almost $14.00 It was my first time and last time here. I’ve never had nast chicken from KFC welp I get it’s a first time for everything.

Ordered the 16 piece tenders meal with 4 sides. Most of the time when you get so much food, they have a very hard time, not messing it up. Usually, they will always forget to put something that you ordered in the bag. And when you get home And finally realize that, as upset as you are about it, you don't want to drive all the way back. Here, they had everything in the bag. I don't think that when you buy tenders, you should have to buy extra gravy on the side.

In my honest opinion this KFC location should be closed, I ordered 8piece chicken extra crispy, only to get 8 pieces of the dirtiest fried chicken. I am pretty sure the oil they used has not been changed in months, and the chicken seems to have been refried a second time. It was just disgusting.

Every time always a delightful experience. The manager is pretty white lady; forgive me because I don't no her name. She is wonderful and very professional. They greet me with a smile and kind words. And I leave with a smile and delicious food. Very clean lobby and restrooms. YES 5 Star THE HELL out of this KFC? And please keep the pretty white manager there ??✊?

I went through the drive thru on Saturday night, and the old man in the window was rude and messed up my order up. They were out of regular size cups, and only had large cups. Charge me for a large drink when it was not my fault as a customer they were out of the cups that was needed. The food was brought out but not the drinks. I was missing an item, so I went in. The drinks was wrong. And on top of him over charging me they was out of receipt paper. So nobody was given a receipt. This experience was HORRIBLE. AND I WON'T GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION 1423 CYPRESS CREEK PRKWY, HOUSTON TX 77090. THE MANAGER SLAP A DRINK OUT OF THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW BECAUSE ANOTHER CUSTOMER SAID THEY WAS REPORTING THEM TO CORPORATE
