This location is a hit and miss. Just got some chicken at 6:30 pm online order picked up inside. The chicken was super dry, and the fries were supper oily. They need to close it down.

I don't know how this KFC still operates, they never have everything, everyone has an attitude and the food is questionable. I went thru drive thru and the lady spoke to me through the speaker and said only orders inside???? Make it make sense. DO BETTER KFC !

This place customer service is awful. They don’t need a drive thru. Everytime you go there they come and say you have to order inside because they won’t want to mess up their drive thru time. They want you to go inside to order which makes it pointless to even have a drive thru

I went to this location wanting to order lunch & the service was very bad. Placing an order n drive through, the representative taking my order was EXTREMELY RUDE he was rushing me also don’t allow me to inform him how I wanted my food. He said I didn’t have a choice. I know it was the GENERAL MANAGER because I recognized his voice from stopping in several times I WILL not return to this location & I’m going to figure out how to contact their corporate company. No one should get treated rudely when your in business. I see their google reviews are 3.9 maybe this is why POOR SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT. It starts there

I ordered online and the employees gaslit me saying I cancelled my own order. I had the charge on my account and the app still showed my order was being made. The employees have serious attitude problems, theres no customer attention or care here. After all that it turned out it was a mistake on their own end, making it seem like I was out to get free food. All I wanted was my order that I paid for, evidently they need training to use their own equipment. Don't come here, just go to Popeyes or something down the road.
