This is by far the worst KFC, these people never change their soda machine and food is always cold. I call to see if they can complement me due to my order and my kids literally DID NOT eat they food,, it’s sending me like you you can’t do food service the right way get out the industry to not complement my kids tells me a lot about people now I have to find somewhere else for them to eat ,, like what if that was my last I dislike people

What's the point of having a drive if they almost never use it. Every time I go to drive thru, I get the same excuse: "Our computer is not working at the drive thru. Please come inside to order. When I did order, they said there would be a 10 minute wait for original chicken. I waited almost 15 minutes, and they got my order wrong. I said 3 PC combo and got 2pc combo. This place has horrible customer service. I don't understand how this place stays in business. If you want the same brand with better food and service, I recommend driving down the street to the KFC on 1960 near Ella. Their drive thru is always open, and their service is much better.

Absolutely loved my recent visit to KFC! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was quick, making my dining experience truly enjoyable. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. KFC continues to exceed expectations with their delicious food and excellent service. Highly recommend for a satisfying meal!
Customer Service? TRASH! But, that seems to be accepted with most food chains now. The times we are living in.Smh..03/24/24, 1:59pm. Staff… untrained , have no idea of what the word Customer Service is.. at all. They seriously make their own rules, based on how they are feeling.I haven’t been to KFC in years. But I’m so glad that I was able to drive away and not give them any of my money.

I ordered the KFC for $20 and they didn't have any legs and wings ready. It was gonna be a 25 min wait. So they gave me thighs and breasts.

I haven't been to this location in over 6 years due to badly cooked food and rude disrespectful employees. Just by reading the comments changed my mind from visiting this location. One would think in 6 years comments would be better. Wanted to try the new smash'd potato bowl, think I'll drive pass this location.
Went to this location to inquire about a job was told the day before by 2 different employees they were hiring came back the next day the manager was rude had an attitude for no reason tried explaining that I was told the day before they were hiring just to get cut off by her saying ain't noone told you that I have the finale say we dont need help from your kind I just turned round and walked out

Now I really loved the chicken which was Hot, Fresh, Moist and Flavorful. The ladies at the counter were Courteous, Friendly and Fast. The only downside to my visit was I was planning on using the drive-thru but It was Not available only inside service. That forced me to get off my truck to order inside. I know I got my chicken anyways but, you want any restaurant that offers a service to have it available. I still highly recommend it.

Chicken sandwich was good however it was really thick in the middle which puts the chicken to bread ratio off. So they do give you a lot of chicken in the sandwich. Quick service.
