I went to the KFC on Hwy 6 near 529 after getting off work late because I didn't want to get in the kitchen to fix a full meal for my family of 7. I was exhausted from a long day at work. I ordered a 12pc family meal with 6 biscuits and 3 large sides. After speaking with the girl on drive thru, I specifically asked for all dark meat legs and thighs in crispy chicken because my younger babies love the legs and crispy pieces to crunch. The young woman confirmed it after I asked it was all dark leg and thighs, she gave me my order. After leaving the establishment and 30 minutes of driving in afternoon traffic, I get home, love on my babies and have them clean up so they can eat. I get the chicken out the bucket and what did I see but a ROYAL MESS. There was 1 leg, 1 thigh on top, underneath was 3 breasts and underneath the breasts big chunks of crispy breading. There was only 9 pieces of chicken instead of 12 pieces i originally ordered. I'm standing in my kitchen in utter disbelief. The chicken was strategically placed in the bucket, so I would not see the crispy bits that was on the bottom. The breasts were completely covering it up. Don't you know I was livid. I have a a hungry crew to feed, sitting in traffic, had a rough day at work and I have to come home to a bucket of chicken that looks like THIS!? Momma not happy. Unfortunately I had to disappoint my children and let them know the restaurant made a HUGE ERROR on our food and mommy has to order delivery of some pizza instead. This was a travesty and should not have happened. I don't know how to explain this, except I'm not going back to this location agsin. To spend $40 on something that looks like this is REALLY ridiculous. I love cooking for my family, and on any other day I would have, but after having a stressful day at work I decided to give myself a break and get take out. After getting the kids settled in eating their pizza, I took time to call the restaurant to ask for a manager, the girl puts me on hold to get some one. This guy comes to the phone and he never say his name, I politely asked with whom I'm speaking, he just says can I help you, I asked can I please have your name so I know whom I'm talking with. After asking 4 times he finally tells me his name, was Philipe. I didn't think it was that hard, but I'm literally skeptical if I'm actually speaking with a manager or an employee pretending to be. Anyways, I tell him my situation. I was polite asked me if I could come back that evening, of course I wasn't going to sit in more traffic just to return this mess, but I did say ill drop it off the next day after they open. I did just that but I didn't want the chicken anymore, just my money back. I think once you see these pics you'd understand why. I wont be returning to this location off Hwy 6 and 529 again.

Worst experience, yesterday at around 9, I tried to dine in but I kept on trying to open the door, this black woman saw me and straight up ignored me😂 she didnt even tell me if I had to go to the drive thru or..? Anyways when I did go to the drive thru I asked if it was still open no one answered me. As I was driving away someone finally decided to take my order like...Then I pulled up to the window didnt even greet me, was in a bad mood and had an attitude towards me. Its like I was gettung the food for free when in reality i had to pay for it, mind you when you go to a place you not only pay for the food you pay for the experience. But in this case the food was AWFUL,they didnt ask me if I wanted spicy or regular they just gave me whatever they wanted. Chiken was cold and salty, disgusting I couldnt even take one bite. Never coming back again.

Young black man is working the front counter , drive thru and delivering drive thru order to awaiting customer cars . The older lady who I think is the manager with glasses,scrolled her phone at themetal table near drive thru. The time is 1:43 pm on Monday December 29th. We have to do better and support employees. As a 7th grade teacher this bothers me to see how values and manners are taking advantage of because you're the manager or superior. A.couple of us noticed as we waited .

KFC still has the best fried chicken. 3-piece original recipe, mashed and gravy, slaw and biscuit... what's not to like?? As for service, it was fine and atmosphere, N/A, as this was a drive-thru order.

I know ordering through Doordash can take a bit sometimes, but this location is so SLOW. I place my order at 3:43pm, first dasher gets there around 3:50pm and leaves after nearly half an hour of waiting (understandable), then the second dasher gets there around 4:20ish and leaves after another 15 minutes of waiting. THIRD dasher gets there a couple minutes later, waits ANOTHER 15 minutes and leaves. FOURTH dasher gets there and calls me to tell me one of the dashers stole the food and and KFC is refusing to remake the order. So after OVER AN HOUR I have to just cancel the order and waste my entire work break without getting any food.

Staff super disorganized. No one at front counter.. they seem to encourage online pick up orders. After waiting for 20 minutes to order 3 sides only... i was told to place order online. Had to wait another 20 minutes for them to bring out 2 mashed potatoes and 1 mac and cheese

I was happy I would enjoy my dinner tonight but unfortunately it was horrible experience!!! This location always has some type of issue I gave it another try tonight but unfortunately went bad no changes been made very bad service and my chicken legs were so hard and crispy burnt seem like they had it in the warmer for hours and supposedly that's the reason I was parked for 10 minutes for fresh chicken and even after waiting 16 to 20 minutes parked I get home and my chicken was horrible money wasted did not enjoy my dinner at all threw it away just ate my mashed potatoes and biscuit. No napkins provided or condiments. Very bad food quality and as well as customer service!!!! Very disappointed!!!!! One star is too much, deserves ZERO star!

Indian lady at the drive through had an attitude for no reason when there wasn’t even anyone in the drive through line. Told me I had to go inside for my pick up order. Okay I went inside for them to take forever to hand me my pick up order or even put it where the pick up orders go. Mind you my order was just sitting near the fries for no reason. Another customer was waiting also and it took three employees for him to get his order. Indian lady had an attitude with her messed up lip stick, by attitude I mean how she talks to the customers. It took the Hispanic lady to come out from the back to be able for us to get our food. If she’s upset about her lip stick that’s on her. No reason to be rude.

Just received my order from here via Uber Eats , someone must really hate their job… I only ordered two things from here a pot pie and honey bbq wings. Got my wings but not a lick of sauce on sight ! I ORDERED HONEY BBQ NOT PLAIN WINGS The wings seemed old as hell too! Damn near jerky , the bag wasn’t properly sealed or anything. This is unacceptable , Huge safety issue! If other restaurants can double down on the safety issues and making sure extra measures are taken SO CAN YOU Do better KFC

Uber Eats order: One person working while other people are sitting down talking. Took forever to get an order a customer had already paid for. The manager looked very unkempt and she told the young guy that was actually trying to help to go back and do the dishes and stop coming up front. She finished the order and let it sit for over 10 minutes instead of handing it to me. I called to ask for the corporate office number and she said she didn’t have it and hung up after I told her my issue.

Worst service ever the manager was extremely rude I went today Tuesday I order the tenders I was asking question and the guy taking our order was respectful. The manager then got on the speaker and started screaming over the guy taking our order talking none sense and being extremely unprofessional I will never go back to that location!!!

The original chicken was fried really hard and was overly breaded. The chicken pieces were super small and the coating was hard. Not like the soft original chicken. Go to another KFC. Don’t waste your money here - you will be disappointed.
