I’m so upset with this place, I bought a 16pc for $48 dls with 4 sides, I went to buy it, and they have me the bag and when i was eating with my husband and daughter i noticed that there were not enought chicken and i asked them how many pieces did they eat, and we counted and we realized that they only gave me 11 pieces!!! They stole me 5 pieces! Please check your food before leaving the place! 😡

I asked the counter server several times for breast and wing or white meat only. When the tray came out, there was no white meat. I ask the server to correct my order and I got a big attitude from the server and said there was no white meat available. I asked how long it would take for white meat to be available ask she just left to serve someone else. This is the worst KFC location I have ever visited

I will never spend my hard earned money with this disrespectful and poor quality over priced location again! If you place a take order or dine in order, they will act like you are invisible while you stand there at the counter for a good period of time, worse with take out orders! Thats not all, ive also received under cooked raw chicken wing order when they sold wings! Also the wait time after placing an order is ridiculous, if you place an order at drive thru, you may be waiting at a curbside spot for 15-30 mins for your food!!

Chicken is always good at any KFC. But I was not happy the women's restroom was not working. And I had to use the men's restroom. And I was very mad the restroom was nasty. Pee on the floor.
Sad my son's have to have nasty restroom. I probably would not have bought lunch if I had known the restrooms were terrible.
