Horrible people working tonight. I think they were on drugs I saw them going to the back of the store by the dumpsters smoking something and then going inside and then went back out and did it again and they were crazy. I did two online orders went to go pick them up they made me wait and then the food was cold hard and unedible. Called to speak to the manager she told me she could give me a refund because of an online order thought I had to bring all my food back and they would remake it. When I got back to the store and they remade my food got it back and it was raw. I called corporate they took my information and gave me a case number and then transfer me to online but then I was on hold for 1 hour. If I could get this a zero I would. Feel sick to my stomach I think I need to go to the emergency room this is horrible do not eat in this establishment.

The food was food... it was very cold inside.
I went in the drive through and the lady came on the speaker and said there was a car at the window and it was going to be 8 minutes before the food was ready. I told her every time I have been at any restaurant, including this one they tell me to pull around and they would bring my food out. They don’t allow me to stop the drive through until my food is ready. She told me to come inside and order. I told her I will just not her. I always get bad service here. I will just have to get my chicken from somewhere else.

I have given this place multiple chances, but today’s experience and service were absolutely terrible. I ordered a three-piece wing, but they said there weren’t enough wings to fulfill that order (which happens frequently). When I asked them to drop fresh chicken, they huffed and puffed. Instead, I received a four-piece order. The chicken was soggy and drenched in oil, and the wing looked deformed, with the bottom of the thigh having no coating at all.
The potato wedges were green, hard, and appeared to be discarded items that were put back in the batch to be fried and served to a customer—me. To make matters worse, the manager came around the corner acting boisterous and aggressively addressed the cashier, then dared to tell her to ask me to push my car back so she could hide whatever she was trying to cover up on the counter. And another time i came on a Tuesday and asked for my three piece wings and the guy on the speaker said they do not cool white meat on Tuesday because of the running special for that day….
I am highly displeased and will never return to another KFC. My $17 went down the drain, along with my impression of this food chain.

Staff were so friendly! Felt so welcomed, like I was a long time customer. Also always nice to find a Pepsi soda fountain that actually tastes like Pepsi.
Food was better than I remember it being years ago. Glad I gave this location a try!

ABSOLUTELY terrible! I still can’t believe we ended up waiting 48 minutes for our food. I pulled up to the window and was told it would be a 7 min wait. That’s fine it’s the weekend so I fully understand that fast food establishments can get busy. But here’s where it it’s odd. I was asked to back up and wait behind the drive through window, which I did, I figured they must have some type of timer to check how long customers are at the window. Well that 7 mins passed and I pulled back up to the window and was told “oh it’s not ready can you pull up away from the window by the post”, I pulled up. 7 more mins passed, and turned into 20 mins. By this time other cars are waiting behind me. I politely asked for a refund because we’d been waiting far too long, and was told by the manager Leoania that she was not allowed to issue refunds! This explains why we were waiting nearly an hour because I wasn’t giving KFC free money. More time passes and we were asked to move, and I asked why, the employee says you have your food, to which I replied, no I do not! The manger comes out and says “oh we’re sorry we gave your food to someone else. Finally our food comes out and it was TERRIBLE!! Myself and a few other customers waited for nearly an hour for the worst food, and horrible customer service. Never again!

Minutes before closing time of 10:30 also drive thru closed. What kind of business closes 30 minutes prior to the suppose closing time with cars in parking lot.

Pulled up manager was outside on the phone walked in asked for Mac n cheese she said they were out asked for potato wedges she said that location didn’t have them asked for extra crispy she said she wasn’t going to make that when she had regular pieces done
