ABSOLUTELY terrible! I still can’t believe we ended up waiting 48 minutes for our food. I pulled up to the window and was told it would be a 7 min wait. That’s fine it’s the weekend so I fully understand that fast food establishments can get busy. But here’s where it it’s odd. I was asked to back up and wait behind the drive through window, which I did, I figured they must have some type of timer to check how long customers are at the window. Well that 7 mins passed and I pulled back up to the window and was told “oh it’s not ready can you pull up away from the window by the post”, I pulled up. 7 more mins passed, and turned into 20 mins. By this time other cars are waiting behind me. I politely asked for a refund because we’d been waiting far too long, and was told by the manager Leoania that she was not allowed to issue refunds! This explains why we were waiting nearly an hour because I wasn’t giving KFC free money. More time passes and we were asked to move, and I asked why, the employee says you have your food, to which I replied, no I do not! The manger comes out and says “oh we’re sorry we gave your food to someone else. Finally our food comes out and it was TERRIBLE!! Myself and a few other customers waited for nearly an hour for the worst food, and horrible customer service. Never again!

Minutes before closing time of 10:30 also drive thru closed. What kind of business closes 30 minutes prior to the suppose closing time with cars in parking lot.

Pulled up manager was outside on the phone walked in asked for Mac n cheese she said they were out asked for potato wedges she said that location didn’t have them asked for extra crispy she said she wasn’t going to make that when she had regular pieces done

Stood in lobby for 5 minutes waiting for service. Some jerk in a management shirt decided to check his phone for some bullcrap reason instead of checking the lobby.

3 piece chicken with fries Mac and cheese and biscuit. Everything was cold. Biscuit was hard. The fries tasted old. I don’t care or want to hear this is fast food, or you get what you pay. As customer we deserve a good meal. Fresh and hot. There’s a reason why I don’t go to KFC any more. If I get sick, you’ll be hearing from a lawyer.

Went through thr drive thru and was told they are only taking orders inside and the girl was laughing about it....but there were cars already waiting. On going trend with this location based on other reviews. Too worried about having good drive thru numbers than actually serving customers.

Thank you to the general manager Robyn. I had a bad experience with my food after waiting 25-30mins but when I called the next day and spoke with general manager Robyn she was very understanding and corrected my issue. Plus, gave additional items for the inconvenience. Thank you again!!!

Ordered pick up. Online said it was ready. I came and they said they waiting on the chicken 10-15 more min. I wait 20. They said they still waiting on chicken. Been longer than an hour waiting for my food. Probably gonna be messed up too.

july 24th @9:56 no one wants to take my order, drove to the window and spoke to the lady and she was “we’re closed” and I told her it’s not yet 10 she said thank you.
Date and up there to be able to identify the employees.

I went through the drive-through at KFC and was helped by an older Black lady who initially seemed very nice. But when I checked my bank statement, I realized I was charged more than what I ordered. When I politely asked for my receipt, her attitude completely changed — she told me she didn’t have it and that I had to leave because I was in the drive-through.

I didn’t want to block the line, so I moved forward, but this felt wrong. She was able to charge my card, but couldn’t give me a receipt? That’s suspicious. I couldn’t even go back because of the one-way street and crazy traffic around the area. It felt like I was being scammed, and her attitude became rude when I questioned the charge. Very disappointing service.

Pulled into the drive thru order. I was told to order inside because the manager had one car waiting? What type of fast food establishment can't handle more than one customer at a time. Some people choose the drive thru lane due to various reasons , just to be told sorry there is one car in front of you waiting and the manager can't multitask. Thank you KFC

I ordered a large order on a busy night and some of my items were forgotten. I called up there and the manager was so nice I friendly. They not only replaced my items but also gave me an item for free for the inconvenience. And I was able to pick it up at my convenience.

Just received an order that was placed through Uber Eats, the biscuit was the only fresh thing, chicken was not fresh, it was dry, the skin was dry, this was not a good experience, I ordered lunch here because it was convenient, Do Not recommend unless you are picking it up yourself.
