I felt satisfied because they offered all kinds of specials that they had without hidding any of them or making me pay more for the original price without the special. The people were so nice and friendly, but I was really surprised by how fast my food was ready. The crispy chicken is my favorite alongside the famous bowl that they have. Should definitely give it a go if you want good food.

9 pm on a Friday night and we were the only ones here but Andre was and is the best host, cashier and entertainer I’ve ever seen 😂
Hands down, we had the most fun we’ve ever had at a KFC and Andre literally was the reason. The chicken was also good and the Mac and cheese was on point tonight so we literally have no complaints.

I ordered food from this location a few weeks ago on the app for pickup. They didnt have my order when i got there gave me a alternative, the thing that bothered me was the workers were handling the food without gloves which grossed me out. So i called and got a refund. I was called repeatedly after by the store i had to block them.

4:20 pm picking up my online order waited for a couple minutes and finally got a chasier to ask what I needed . Told her my name on the online order then she wanted a confirmation number after I told her what was on the order btw there was nobody else in the store . I got on my phone showed her the order saying it was ready so she fetched my order and started laughing behind the oven . The order was ok gravy was like water 💦 tenders are tiny btw . I hate dealing with kids who can't respect the customer enough. If I want additide I would be at work 😆 lol. I just read on a review that the gravy is watery great 👍💯

Ordered a 12 bucket of chicken @6pm and was given 7 pieces of the smallest wings that looked pretty sad. The last several visits have been very similar. For the price these days I would expect better quality food. The order was placed on line 30 min prior to arrival and still had to wait for awhile.

On 10/04/2024, I went thru drive thru and ordered the 20.00 original chicken meal. I didn't notice I didn't get a receipt until we got home. My grandson remarked how quickly we received the chicken, I thought it was because it was at 5:00pm and they had fresh chicken. Imagine my surprise when I opened the tub and there were 4 pieces that were black, not overcooked brown, or dried up brown, but black. How did they manage to burn the chicken and then had the nerve to sell it is beyond words. The 4 pieces of chicken were nor original and were inedible. We got two orders of fries that the holders were only halfway filled. The mash potatoes and macaroni and cheese were cold. The only good thing was the biscuits were hot and still soft. I tried calling several times, but the phone was never answered.I have never known KFC to sell burned or inedible food and is a disappointment.To say I was shocked is an understatement.If I knew how to take and post pictures, I would have done it.
