9011 W Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77064 at this location This is the third time I’ve visited this KFC location around 3:57 pm p.m. after school, and Michelle at the drive-thru has been consistently rude and unprofessional. The first time, she tried to charge me for a second combo when I only ordered a kids’ meal. My son wanted eight chicken pieces, and since the kids’ meal only includes five, I asked to buy extra pieces individually. Instead of helping, she refused and charged me for another combo I didn’t order. Today, when I placed my order, Michelle opened the window with a bad attitude and told me I “needed to be more specific” — completely unnecessary and disrespectful. Her tone, facial expression, and overall rudeness make the experience unpleasant. It’s no wonder Chick-fil-A has a much better reputation for customer service. I had been wanting to eat KFC so I finally went this past Saturday. I ordered 3 piece original meal and a one piece alone of their Bbq chicken. When I got home I sat down to eat and the chicken was so delicious I felt like I was in heaven. So yesterday (Monday) after work I stopped by to again get the 3 piece and I was not disappointed. I just love love their chicken, it’s the best I’ve had from KFC. I also have to mention that the customer service was great from the guy who took my order to the one who handed it to me. I am new in Texas and this will most definitely be my to go KFC. The place was also very clean. Thank you guys!!

It is worth mentioning that the guys that work this location are incredibly attentive and hard working. Since moving to this neighborhood, I have noticed that the KFC staff here is always so nice and they make sure we have everything we need. It really stands out amidst a sea of lack luster service these days.

Food is bland, dry, and smaller portioned compared to competitors. I had to check my box a couple times because I'm sure I ordered chicken strips not chicken fries. What I got was a box of flavorless chicken and wedges and not even any sauce to help. I couldn't even make myself finish those wedges.

I've always loved KFC, but this location has disappointed me so much. The chicken was dry and the costumer service is horrible, this older lady took our order and she gave us a wrong item. When I went to ask to change it best was wrong, she blamed the the whole mistake on me with a horrible attitude. So sad. I don't recommend stopping here to eat.

Short hispanic dude with the googly eyes has a terrible attitude i have a hearing problem and he ended up yelling my at me because he had to repeat himself ONCE disgusting service i personally work as a fast food worker and i have sm more patience than him go work somewhere else if people anger you that much smh

I felt satisfied because they offered all kinds of specials that they had without hidding any of them or making me pay more for the original price without the special. The people were so nice and friendly, but I was really surprised by how fast my food was ready. The crispy chicken is my favorite alongside the famous bowl that they have. Should definitely give it a go if you want good food.
