While/when the place is severely understaffed, they tend to ignore anyone in the dining area, and don't even acknowledge that they see you to say that there will be a wait. When our order was called as ready, it only half the order was ready and there were no drinks.If you want any sort of decent service, wait in the drive through as that seems to be their order taking priority as they can't just willfully ignore your presence.And this was on a day that the supposed General Manager was working. And it was said General Manager who never apologized for a wait or acknowledged wait times or anything until customers got angry and argumentative.If this place wasn't a stones throw from my house, I would never go back again.

Do not waste your time here. Today was the second time I've gone to this location. It was a repeat of the first sub-par experience. The lady on the register was being pulled off to complete other tasks which made trying to place an order a lengthy experience. After I placed my order, I waited for over 20 minutes. In that time, multiple drive-thru orders were completed. Additionally, people that were behind me recieved their food with 5 minutes of ordering. My expectations were low to begin with and they absolutely failed to meet them again. In total, I wasted nearly 35 minutes and had to leave or be late for where I was going. So much for this being 'fast' food.

Had a big order! Went in to order it, take out! The time was sufficient, but it was good, except I am glad I checked my order cuz they left two items off.

Overpriced, gravy for mashed potatoes looked like black water, it was soupy with no flavor.. chicken was decent..

I come to this location a lot, but NEVER TF AGAIN! Usually when I come they usually take forever, but this time when we came, they never acknowledged me, so I drove around to the window where I sat for a good 10 mins, and they still never acknowledged us. So we drove off to the side, and they helped the car behind us. So, we drove back up, and asked why weren’t we acknowledged, and she started arguing with me saying because I didn’t order at the window I explained to her that we were saying hello, and she just kept saying “no you didn’t”! I will never return to this location!
