Custom service is horrible. Very rude lady working there. Took over 14 minutes to get my food. Order 3 prices chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. Shouldn't take that long

8:34pm on oct 16th. Girl at the window was extremely rude and unprofessional definitely not coming to this location again. And if y’all don’t fix this I can guarantee a lot of people won’t be stopping here anymore

9/30/25 9pm you guys probably should have changed that chicken grease sooner. It's old. The chicken taste good when the grease isn't old. It taste horrible tonight. I won't be coming back for a while. Whatever manager is trying to make there numbers look good by stretching the grease out is running away customers thus making your numbers worst. Just wasted $10 on nasty chicken

My chicken was undercooked. Blood still on the chicken on all of my wings. I returned it, they told me I couldn’t have a refund. They don’t do refunds at the store. I was forced to get more food. Management must be scammy if they don’t want to lose money by giving refunds. After reading reviews before mine, and see all the horrible food and raw chicken they push out, I guess that’s why they don’t want to refund money. I was told there was no management there. Thought there was suppose to be a manager at all times. Hmmm

The food is getting worse and worse. The breading is soggy and breading falls off. The quality of food has definitely gone down. The staff doesn’t fix orders when customers complains. Never going back to KFC again. This is horrible. Imagine spending money to be disappointed. I had to put my chicken in the air fryer to SAVE it and make it edible.

Was a little disappointed we ordered 3 piece chicken tender dinners. The chicken tenders were small. We bought tenders alot and they were bigger.

The bisquit was great.
