Late, Late, Late night KFC... I LOOOOOVE CHICKEN THIGHS. I ORDERED 2 Extra crispy but be cause it was so lat I thought they'd be old and funky. But Andrea Popped up to the window with a great big smile and said he was making fresh chicken if I could wait a few minutes. How nice was He! Really friendly guy! And beautiful little diamond brought the piping hot deliciousness to my car. Great job at Westheimer KFC. Love you guys!

Ordered the 8 Piece Bucket, they gave us probably the smallest chicken pieces in existence. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY KFC pictures of the bucket, it will only be about 40% of the picture when you receive the food. Will no longer buy from KFC again after this encounter.

I tried the new $5 deal... it didn't come with a drink and my meal came with nuggets.. The lady at the register rudely asked me for $0.25 for some sauce, like lady, you want me to swipe my card for 25 cents. That's crazy. With ALL the restaurants on Westheimer, I want to try a lot of them. There was a hobo in this lobby who I always see on the corner of Eldridge and Westheimer. She was not noticed and began to touch everything. At least someone was going around cleaning. Also, I got hit on by this random ass man. This side of town is really out of control, but hey, at least I'm from a different zip code. One of the employees was nice enough to offer me some bananas and he asked me when I was coming back... I told him never. :) Great experience.
Ordered online, Waited till app said my order was ready. Headed inside and well my order was not ready ... 20 min waiting inside and i still haven't receive my order.

I drove 34 minutes to grab a crispy chicken sandwich but to my surprise. They did not have any buns to serve me any foods I ordered, even told me sorry I can’t sell you just the patty. Plus the lady working at night was very rude
