A lot of KFC locations have closed but this one on Westheimer road was clean and the food was hot and fresh.
The portions on the sides was horrible. Major disappointment. And to think I bought an extra large side, and it was as small as the ( 3 large) sides that came with the almost $47 meal price for a 12 piece. And the chicken didn't taste good either. Such a real disappointment. This location quality is horrible. I felt so cheated for my money. Will not be returning here...... I advise if you have to drive an extra mile or 2 to go somewhere else then do so.

Ordered a chicken sandwich received a few tiny tenders. Fries were stale. All in all a bad experience not to be repeated. You can't give the company feedback without a ton of personal information my guess to keep from receiving and doing anything to fix the issues.

I bought the family deal in the chicken tasted genetically made. When I started cutting the chicken with my fingers it did not even look like chicken, it had odd lumps on it and it just did not sit well in my pallet. I ended throwing the whole bucket of chicken away, not even my dogs wanted to eat it. Shut this place down immediately!
I ordered original recipe and them fools thought I couldn't tell the difference between original recipe and crispy. I spent $45 on a whole order that was wrong. When I called the store, the supervisor had the nerve to get snappy with

Spent over 30 mins waiting inside of the store just for my food, their manager had to tell their employee to hurry up. Asked for extra crispy 12pc chicken, instead got extra soggy/small pieces, and needed to put them in oven. Fries weren’t fresh and very salty. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Every time I order, I get old refried chicken.They put 1 or 2 fresh chicken pieces in a top and the old refried chicken in the bottom.
