Today was a very trying and emotional day for me being my mom’s death anniversary and to celebrate I always get her favorite: KFC and Mountain Dew. I got a 2 pc meal and the chicken was stale and old. After one bite, I felt sick and couldn’t get over the old grease taste and smell. I also attempted to pay with a virtual gift card, however was unable to do so due to both the crew member and the manager claiming to not know how to enter in the gift card. I wasted $8.87 of my own money when I had a gift card available, only to not enjoy the beloved meal that was my mother’s favorite. It just sucks honestly, because after a long day, I was looking forward to that meal..

I live about 6 minutes from this place but I stopped patronizing this particular one because of the customer service and fact that they never have exactly what I order, so I started driving all the way to Mesa@tidwell or little York which is about 15/20 from where I live...I recently went back on Lockwood thinking things may have improved.. And they did but only when the male manager is there...I ordered my meal with white meat and they gave me dark meat so I went inside to exchange it only for the cashier to tell me they only have legs n thighs, I asked the lady manager/shift leader why didn't they just say that when I ordered instead of just giving me something I didn't order, she got upset and very rude and have me a refund by slamming my money down in the little slot and walking away without even looking at me or apologizing for the experience...I luv the original recipe so I went back the next day only to have the same thing happen

My friend order food on November 11, 2025 Tuesday the mashed potatoes was not good to be served to customers the biscuits they were all mashed in a bag the corn taste nasty too the macaroni and cheese it was not fresh either what kind of service is this for your customers.

Only in AMERICA! ordered from uber eats at 1030am and till 1230 nothing was delivered.
3 drivers came and cancelled... first driver said they NOT DISPATCHING, second driver said NO FLOUR and the third driver said NOPE they had everything they just not working!

Used Uber eats to order the buy 1 get 1 free. First problem. In my 60 years alive have I ever heard of a KFC running out of flour. But wait!! Not only did the order not get canceled but took over an hour and half. But there is more!! The biscuits was old and could've been used in a NHL game. They were that hard.. but there is more.. the mash potatoes and gravy and green beans was cold like they were in a refrigerator.. and yes.. there's more. The buy 1 get 1 free meal is 2 chicken breasts and a wing. I got 1 chicken breast and 2 wings.. was this all?? No it wasn't. From how much oil coming from the box you could tell the oil was old and dirty. So now I'm sitting on the porcelain throne like I just had taco ball and its no BS. The management team should be replaced and if that doesn't fix the problem replaced everyone.

If I’m honest, haven’t had kfc in over 10-15years. The chicken needed to be cooked longer and the fries were salty. I couldn’t finish the chicken. Give me Popeyes any day!

There isn't a single customer and he barely feels like talking. I order number 3, which is supposed to come with 4 pieces. I had 2 pieces and the batch of one is disgusting. It's garbage.
