I ordered my food. It wasn't even busy. A lady was in the back WITH gloves on preparing food. The manager who took my order went to the food area & started preparing my food with NO gloves on. He grabbed the fries, dumped them in the pan & placed the pan in the warming tray. He filled my fry container grabbed my nuggets and filled that container. He grabbed the container by the tip & placed the food in the bag THEN wiped his hand on the back of his pants. I asked for my money back after seeing this through the thick glass. He stated but I didn't touch your food. Doesn't matter, you're preparing a food order WITHOUT gloves..& you're a manager? Not sure if they don't care because this is a low income neighbor BUT I grew up in this neighborhood and I'm tired of people acting like folks don't matter, giving horrible service.

I walked into the restaurant at at 10:30 I stood in the dining room for 10 minutes before someone came around the corner and shouted at me we don't have any food will close.

If I could leave a Zero stars I would. They have no knowledge of what their promos are apparently, they took more than 20mins to give us our food and when we got the food it was cold and order incomplete as what it is describe on the menu. When we first ask for what we want the guy at the drive thru asked what we wanted like 10 times and kept telling us to wait for idk what reason. Just terrible service! SMH
