Sylvie had great customer service very professional. Every time I come in, she's always doing a great job . Even the manager is kind i like that she does her job no matter what . My food is ALWAYS FRESH .and the biscuit are very good 👍

OMG! You finally get 2 customers and still have horrible service. To pay $15.79 for food and not be able to eat it…diabolical! Macaroni and cheese:watered down no taste, chicken tenders were dry and hard/one was not cooked and the drink taste like water which was suppose to be a Dr. Pepper. I asked the cashier for BBQ she gave me Honey Mustard. She didn’t give me a receipt but it was the African American female with the blonde hair. My apologies if I disturbed her when I came to the facility….IT WON’T HAPPEN AGAIN.

Unlike Lockwood store this ones food is fresh!! Biscuits are soft and fluffy!! Chicken was nice and golden brown not dark brown like Lockwoods. My only wish would be that they add green beans and bring back the strawberry shortcake dessert.
Keep the good job up and show Lockwood store how it's done!!.

This location is right down the street from a place I visit once a month and I'm always happy to be close enough to one to indulge when I remember it's nearby. There hasn't been a KFC close enough to the places I have lived for the past 6 years to eat there but once in a great while. The food was great. The service is vastly friendlier than the one in Spring. Thank you for the yummy indulgence in battered, deep fried goodness!

My order was under David name ........bad service the employee's busy with them mobile only was gentle man who work there he came and asked me he was so kind he is little old and respect man .....
I just arrived home, bought 2-Chix pies. Both were fresh; however, one had on veggies period!! Only 3 frozed block potatoes, NO PEAS, a few carrots & NO MEAT!! What the What!!! PLUS my receipt was not in my bag. Who want fake chix cubes, with old dried potatoes & no peas?? The second pie was made correctly!! Watch out be sure to get your receipts. You may need actual proof.

I liked KFC because they kept the prices low but I went back and was going to order the famous bowl combo which used to be $5, more recently like $6 something now it's like $8. I'm not happy and it will keep me from coming back as often. Please keep some things low that we're previously cheap even if you have to raise other things, the cheap stuff is what we count on when we have a tight budget.

KFC is something I get a craving for 2 to 3 times a year. Ordered the 3 piece original big box. It wasn't bad, per se, just not great. Chicken breast was juicy and tasted fresh. The thighs were thinly breaded and while not dry. Just didn't taste all that fresh. The fries were fresh and tasted good, but were insanely short for French fries. Like about an inch to inch and a half long. On previous visits, I tried the fried cherry bites, but they tasted like they had been cooked in old chicken oil.
