Against my better judgment I decided to stop and get fast food fried chicken to satisfy a craving. I just wanted 4 wings and fries- and they're in there frying up racoon ankles trying to pass it off as fried chicken🤢. I couldn't identify not ONE piece of meat in my first order. So, I waited 6 minutes for fresh chicken only for it to still be of poor quality AND they forgot my damn fries. The biscuit was stiff as a brick and the customer service was terrible. Like, how hard is it to serve decent food with quality service?!

I only go for the Tuesday deal meal. 4 pieces of chicken, 2 biscuits, and 2 sides for 11 dollars. They keep the sitting area extremely cold so I would rather eat in my car.

I love kfc but they hire the worse people at all of there locations. Hair in my food. They act like I’m bothering them when waiting to order. I think they deserve 25$+ dollars per hour.

Gravy was like brown water. Chicken was especially greasy, much more than normal and no flavor. Cole slaw was good. Mentioned to clerk about the gravy and was told that's the way it comes. Told her no that's not the way it comes. She took it back to the kitchen area where they messed around with it for a minute and gave it back to me. Slightly better but still water. Looks like they have new staff who seem to have cooking problems. Too bad because it had been pretty good recently before this change. I'll be looking for another location or stop getting KFC.

We were super happy with the service and with the food. Sandwiches and crispy chicken were great. Sweet tea and lemonade were tasty. This store handled a large online order with super on time service

If the food don’t look right, don’t serve it if it’s something you will not eat don’t serve it. I will plan to return again. Service could’ve been a little bit better

Cashier is on a power trip and wouldn't let me view food before purchasing it because I have a issue with overcooked food and all he had to do was LIFT UP THE DAMN POTPIE ?/WITH GLOVES ON AND I WOULD'VE BEEN OUT OF THERE; BUT HAD TO TRAVEL 15MILES TO GET WHAT I WANTED WITH BETTER SERVICE. MAYBE THEY NEED MORE CLASSIER WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION OR SOME MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING I'M ONLY POSTING ABOUT THIS BECAUSE I WAS REALLY SICK THE DAY IN QUESTION AND THEY WERE VERY MUCH RUDE AND THAT'S THE POST ?
