This is the 2nd time this place has screwed up my order. I asked for gravy which I see on the receipt is 3.00. Even worse, I did not get my sides! I spent over 30.00 for 8 tenders. Don’t bother calling because no one will answer the phone. It’s my fault, but this KFC will NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN!!!!

They never seem to have chicken ready, be it 30 minute to close (semi understandable) or at 3:00 in the afternoon on a Sunday. Add to it it looked like this.

Came in for an interview for shift manager, and the general manager looked me up and down and said they weren't hiring and that they made a mistake. the general manager looked me up and down and said they weren't hiring and that they made a mistake even though I got to 3 emails which included confirmations, giving the time and date of the interview. If the general managers behaves like this to a potential candidate just image what else goes on at this location. Filing a report with HR for discrimination today.

Got some hot and spicy chicken wings that were burnt and obviously spoiled. First of all it took 15 minutes to get my food. I went to see why it was taking so long and they told me it was coming out now. 3 people came and went and I still didn't have our food. I took it home and 1 hour after eating the chicken,I was feeling sick to my stomach. NEVER WILL I EAT HERE AGAIN!!!

I like their original chicken and pot pie. But their customer service is horrible at this location. I been there a few times and I don't get greated or not even a thank you after giving my food. The staff don't smile at all. It's like they don't want to be there ?
