Two stars. Long waits hurt the experience. Orders take far too long during busy hours. Food quality stays inconsistent. Chicken tastes fresh one visit and dry the next.

The staff works hard. They stay polite under pressure. They keep moving despite the crowd. Management needs better flow and timing. Faster service and consistent food would raise this location fast.

FOOD was BAD and the SERVICE was even WORSE! Manager had excuses for the poor experience as if she gets bad feedback often. The young man that was handling the front counter was messing up every order and in the 20 mins I spent waiting for my online order, I saw three separate customers bring there food back. I don't blame him! He was trying his best, but when you set up failure that exactly what you get! I've said before and I'll say it again.. the staff is a direct reflection of the management and in this case management has excuses lock and loaded. KFC, this location can use some training and better examples to set for the young staff members trying to get started in the workforce. I worked at a location in Pasadena while in highschool years ago and this wouldn't have passed for my manager back then.

I just stopped by here to grab some dinner and I had the most pleasant drive-thru experience. Kesha on the window and her manager Roshanda were both an absolute delight. They were friendly, prompt, and hilarious. I haven’t even tasted the food yet but I’d come back regardless just to joke around with both of them.

This is the first and last time trying KFC, I’m not sure if it’s the chicken or it’s the people who are cooking it. Overall , the service was bad I went through the drive- thru and the lady taking my order decided to answer in a bad way. I ordered the honey bbq chicken tenders and a 3 piece crispy chicken , both of the orders were completely terrible , it had a lot of condiments , KFC needs to do better, I wish I came to look at the reviews first before going to KFC , and ordering that food. $26.00 it’s INSANE for a food that isn’t made correctly.

I came out to kfc not sure what I really wanted to order. KJ was amazing she explained everything very professional tone of voice. Made me feel welcome and definitely sharing my experience with others. Kindness goes a long way!! Every restaurant needs a KJ !!!!!

Terrible customer service.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this KFC (1300 Gulfgate Center Mall) was unacceptable. The manager/cashier on duty was extremely unprofessional and rude. When my order was delivered incorrectly, instead of calmly fixing it, she immediately started yelling at me in front of everyone, accusing me of being “rude” when I was only asking for what I paid for.

I’ve noticed she has a reputation for this behavior — especially towards Hispanic customers. Several others in the community have shared similar stories of being screamed at or disrespected when pointing out mistakes. That kind of treatment should never be tolerated in customer service.

I had to file a formal complaint, but I honestly don’t think anyone deserves to be treated this way when spending their hard-earned money. Until management takes action and hires respectful staff, I won’t be coming back.
