The bbq bun is really good. A must try Chinese bakery in Houston Chinatown. If you wanna eat the Chinese steam bbq bun, you have to go really early becoz it is very limited and they ran out within two hours of their opening. The price is affordable. Plus, they only accept cash so don’t forget to bring some cash.
If you ever watch the TV show, diners, drive-ins, and dives this is definitely the category of a dive it probably at one point had people that would sit there and eat the bakery goods however, now it’s basically people that grab it to go note you need to bring cash. This place does not accept any kind of plastic. It is cash only. The prices are an appropriate price point. The flavors are fresh and delicious even at the option today that they had some leftover steamed barbecue...

All bread we had was good especially pork bun. Not too strong taste but savory is there with soft bun. A staff is so nice.
Sorry we forgot cash and took a while to finish our order.
Definitely come back again.
