The workers were wonderful and the service was amazing. I honestly love their matcha! I’m not sure about the complaints from other customers since I saw a customer make some unreasonable demands of the workers.
After some digging it seems like Im not the only one to have this awful experience with the staff…
My husband and I walk into this establishment and mind you theres only 2 extra people inside already sitting down so it was not busy.
To start, we go up to the counter to order and both girls working do not acknowledge us at all. Not a smile or a greeting. We proceed to wait for an extra 8 min until finally one of the girls takes the time to take our order and was very unfriendly about it.
Also, the quality of their drinks were horrible. These reviews are very deceiving. I do NOT recommend this place.
The owner is SUPER nice. Very friendly 100/10!
I had recently gone and when to order the girl at the register ignored us when we wanted to order. I told her “we are ready to order” (in a nicely, manner tone) she just waited for her other co worker to take our order. I wouldn’t think much about our interaction until as we were waiting for our drinks to be ready, another group came in and she took their order even with a smile on her face and out of the chair she was sitting on. Felt very personal to me considering it was me and a group of 3. I understand the personal feeling u can have towards a person who comes 30 minutes before closing, but you’re still open to the public till your closing time. I will not be coming back after feeling judged on.
Was my favorite place to study and buy drinks, sometimes I buy a drink and study, sometimes I don’t, depends on my budget. One day I walk in and sat down for not even 5 minutes, and a lady maybe the manager or owner came up to me and told me “I noticed you were here yesterday and would appreciate it if you bought a drink”. I was pretty surprised because there has been days where I bought drinks and food while I study, but I guess she judged me from the day I didn’t make any purchase. After she approached me, I felt bad so I got up and instantly bought a drink, but then I felt uneasy so I just got my drink and left, even when I was just planning to study there. I’ll continue to study, and make my purchases elsewhere where from here on
The quality of the takoyaki they serve here, is better than the other places I've been to. This is my preferred boba spot. The prices are reasonable and their teas are delicious. The drinks are well balanced and I love that they do split cups. The best part is they have a good variety of their own signature coffees/ lattes. Today I got the creme brulee Viet coffee and the foam is sooo good and unlike any other. It's creamy and buttery; very original! The girlies that were working tonight were so sweet too! It's always a welcoming environment.
Very good
KOI CHA is my go-to spot for smoothies when I'm in Houston! Their mango tango is like a tropical vacation in a cup and the staff always makes me feel like a regular even when I’m not.
This place is awesome! the drinks are amazing, the owner is super sweet, and the workers are kind and get your drinks out quickly while still tasting fresh. 10/10 place would highly recommend and will be coming back again soon.
Came in to get some corn dogs they are not the best in town for sure and definitely not worth the money spent 0 out of 10 would not ever recommend

Customer service is going down. It used to be my favorite boba place but the poor customer service recently shown to not just me but other customers from what I have witness is disappointing.
I love this boba shop! It’s nicely decorated, drinks are good and lot of games for the family to hangout and play games. 100% recommended!
This place used to be my favorite for the Dalgona Latte but doesn’t taste the same no more. Now it tastes more brown sugar than coffee.
I don’t know who’s hyping this place up, but be serious. The tea is straight-up watered down every single time, like they’re rationing flavor and water, honestly ridiculous. If you like bland drinks, be my guest. The milk? Definitely not fresh. It tastes like they made a giant batch days ago and just keep pouring from the same sad jug, hoping no one notices; it’s very noticeable though, like at least try harder hiding it.
Don’t bother with the food either. It’s clearly frozen junk from Sam’s Club, microwaved and slapped on a plate. You can literally taste the laziness, and it’s not worth the risk of getting diarrhea. And the restrooms? Disgusting. If that’s how they treat the bathrooms, I don’t even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like.
Also, to top it all off, they forgot the boba in one of my drinks when I came for my first time. Not a huge deal, mistakes happen. But what made it worse was how the manager handled it. She straight-up berated the employee in front of everyone like they committed a crime. It was uncomfortable and humiliating to witness. If that’s how she acts in front of customers, I can’t imagine how much worse it is behind closed doors. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially over something so small. The poor employee looked flustered and was clearly just trying their best.
With all of this said, it’s clear I’m not coming back again over here, such a negative experience. This place is mediocre at best and if that’s what you’re looking for, this is the perfect place for you.
If you're looking for a place with terrible service and drinks that taste like they were made by someone who hates their job, then this is the spot for you.
First off, the manager not only was she rude from the second I walked in, but she also seemed entirely uninterested in actually serving customers. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse for acting like she’d rather be anywhere else than running her store. It honestly felt like I was bothering her by being there. I ordered a classic milk tea, and it was just awful. It was so watered down, it barely had any flavor, and the boba was mushy and stuck together. I asked if they could make it a bit sweeter, and she gave me a condescending look, like I was somehow at fault for not loving the watery mess she handed me. I’ll be taking my business to a place that actually values its customers and knows how to make a drink. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. The drinks are bad, and the staff is worse.
