I love Kolache Factory , I know its a bit pricey but no other Kolache places have such a good Kolaches I love the Polish Hot very much People working at this place are always polite I have been living in this area for over 12 years ans they never disappoint I also have the rewards app and i try to go around 1:30pm during week to get 12+ kolaches half price

I placed an online oder and I accidentally ordered a small mocha when I wanted large cup,so when I requested for the larger size and was willing to pay the difference, the hostess said she couldn't do that because I placed an order online even after I stated that I was willing to pay the difference. She then in turn said that she would charge me an extra $2 and would only do it just that one time. I thought business are in business to make money and be courteous mantain repeat customers. I told her that it was a mistake meaning that I didn't plan on doing that and I found that really offensive. I've patronizing that shop for about 4 yrs and I'm not going back to that location. This is not the first time I experienced bad customer service at this location. Your staff is going to put you out of business if you continue shunning customers and being stuck up

Kolache Factory is my favorite breakfast place. The kolaches are fresh, with a soft dough and delicious fillings. I love ham, egg and cheese croissants. The service is always fast and friendly, perfect for when I'm in a rush in the morning. Plus, they have very good coffee options. Definitely, a place that I recommend to start the day well.

Had small bone fragments just now in the smoked beef sausage and it wasn't as good as usual. I will still eat here.. it's a good value and quick and mostly the food is good. But you may want to chew carefully unless you have great dental insurance.

Me and my service dog stop at the kolache factory 3 days a week to buy something for the class and myself. I stopped by the Galleria location today. The employee asked to see the service dog certificate, no problem, normally the service vest would be enough. I left the dog in the car and came back, but he told me to "move" there was another customer paying. He was very rude and disrespectful from the very beginning, I left without buying anything and came to another location. This is very sad.

I've been going to this location for approximately 30 years. My mother and I would stop by once a week in the summer. I'm so happy it's taken root in Houston and is a breakfast staple here. Best kolache place in town hands down. Highly recommend the Texas Polish kolache and bbq kolache. They also do frappes!
Vegetarian options: Several fruit kolaches. Cream cheese kolache. Cream spinach kolache (my personal favorite). Muffins. Juice and coffees
Love this location! They're always so fast and nice. The other reviews about Johnny are very accurate. He is SO nice and definitely one of the best workers there!! Always puts a smile on me and boyfriends face when we talk to him!

Came here this morning and a gentleman helped me. I wish I new his name but he was so kind. This was my for time coming here and I’ll never go to Starbucks again. It’s also a very convenient location for me. My croissant was delicious and so was my iced coffee.
