Food is great but delivery sucks. It’s crazy how long you have to wait for them to process an order on a food delivery app when the kolaches are literally sitting out. Most of the time, they don’t process it until you call them about it.

I love Kolache Factory , I know its a bit pricey but no other Kolache places have such a good Kolaches I love the Polish Hot very much People working at this place are always polite I have been living in this area for over 12 years ans they never disappoint I also have the rewards app and i try to go around 1:30pm during week to get 12+ kolaches half price

I placed an online oder and I accidentally ordered a small mocha when I wanted large cup,so when I requested for the larger size and was willing to pay the difference, the hostess said she couldn't do that because I placed an order online even after I stated that I was willing to pay the difference. She then in turn said that she would charge me an extra $2 and would only do it just that one time. I thought business are in business to make money and be courteous mantain repeat customers. I told her that it was a mistake meaning that I didn't plan on doing that and I found that really offensive. I've patronizing that shop for about 4 yrs and I'm not going back to that location. This is not the first time I experienced bad customer service at this location. Your staff is going to put you out of business if you continue shunning customers and being stuck up
Kolache Factory is my favorite breakfast place. The kolaches are fresh, with a soft dough and delicious fillings. I love ham, egg and cheese croissants. The service is always fast and friendly, perfect for when I'm in a rush in the morning. Plus, they have very good coffee options. Definitely, a place that I recommend to start the day well.

Had small bone fragments just now in the smoked beef sausage and it wasn't as good as usual. I will still eat here.. it's a good value and quick and mostly the food is good. But you may want to chew carefully unless you have great dental insurance.
