I ordered on Uber eats. They said 1 hour delivery and took 2 hours. Didn’t deliver bacon and egg kolaches and gave me Apple strudel when I ordered cinnamon rolls. It is obvious they have no concern for customers.

Has potential to be a great little breakfast spot but the service is not the best and the atmosphere isn’t welcoming. The kolaches are delicious!
I walked in to picked up and the staff was rude . I simply asked was it ready and she was so rude about it and I couldn’t understand why when I was nothing but nice. Once I came back she was pestering me to confirm thinking I’m a delivery driver and that’s when I put it together why she was rude. You should be kind to all people coming to your establishment since you don’t know if I’m a driver or not. Will not be back

I was looking forward to kolache and coffee. The kolache was good enough though a little doughy. The coffee choices were vaguely described. Seemed like service person didn’t really know anything about the coffee choices. The coffee was advertised as fresh brewed and seemed so. However, in a place serving ideally fresh breakfast food, brewed coffee, coffee mate is totally unacceptable. Choice of half and half, cream, 100% milk or 2% milk is a must. Won’t be getting coffee there next time which will probably mean no kolache either. Let me know if you mend your ways. 👍

Went to Kolache Factory this morning the food didn’t taste good at all , I ordered 2 Cream Kolaches and they tasted sour and nasty , I asked her if I can swing by tomorrow and she said no because she would be off tomorrow and couldn’t replace my items
