HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE! If I could leave no stars I would. Poor customer service and Monica the manager is not professional at all. I have reached out to cooperate and emailed the CEO as well. I wanted to reach out because this morning I had a very bad experience at the kolache factory on 249 and 1960. I work at Baylor St Luke’s hospital down the road and I have been a customer there for years . Me and my husband went in and got our regular order , 2 bacon and cheese kolaches . Well my husband got to work and realized his order was completely wrong so we decided to go back and ask for our right order . As soon as I got there “The manager Monica” asked me what happend so I told her and right away we’ll do you have your receipt as I mentioned to her I Did not because the lady at the register DID NOT give me one . She said she couldn’t help me because I didn’t have my receipt. And I told her I been a customer for years and I don’t have a receipt because they didn’t give me one . And she was being super rude . I showed her my order and she’s said it wasn’t bacon and was ham and she didn’t even offer to give me the right order or she didn’t even offer to give me a refund . All she said was idk what you had I didn’t take you order and was completely laughing in my face because I was upset . I found it very unprofessional as a manager . She was making a joke about the whole thing and did not act professional. The cashier was being more nice and helping me , instead of the manager helping me . I couldn’t believe she was acting that way and talking to me like that as there was other customers in the store. I can’t believe all that over 2 kolaches . All she had to do was apalogize and give me the right order or give me a refund , instead she made the situation worse then what it had to be. Therefore I will not be going there anymore . I have family that own fast food restaurants and she could of handled it professionally and she DID NOT. That’s why I’m reaching out because why do yall want someone working like that for yall. If nothing is being done then I will continue to reach out and spread the word for that specific location. I would love for y’all to look at cameras too of today’s date and see how she was smiling in my face and not trying to help me .
Her name was Monica and she said she is the store manager there .

Im a dasher and had to pick up a order from here and was a little hungry and figured might as well pick up something while I was there. 9 in the morning and both of my kolaches were ice cold no reason someone should spend their money and not receive fresh food horrible won’t be getting anything again from here ever 🤦🏽♂️

I ordered the kolache of the month and was excited. To find out it was sandwich TURKEY meat instead of actual turkey slices was upsetting and disappointing. Inside of the deli meat they rolled dry stuffing that was over salted. At $4+ I was not happy. Overall it was dry and excessively salty. The young guy checking out was polite and courteous.

My first time visiting this location. Everything went great! Walked in and only a couple people ahead of me. The lady that took my order was very friendly and even marked each bag with what was inside. Will definitely visit this location again

Decent location, great staff, and even with recent changes, the place looks and feels clean. I only ever get the breakfast kolaches, and the coffee options nearby and the freeway make the location ideal for morning commutes. P.s. bring back the Florentine Kolache! Making it a monthly flavor is so cruel.

Went to pick up an order and the order was given to me incomplete. When the order was made online it said ready in one hr and six minutes. I got there a little under an hr and the food was cold and and nothing was labeled. I didn't even receive the beverages. Yes I made a mistake for not knowing the order but it is their job to make sure the order was complete before handing it over to the customer. No real harm done just hope for better service next time. I'll still give this location another chance for my service.
There is nothing potato egg smd cheese and the potato egg snd cheese kolache. It was disgusting with a huge tomato. Not sure if there was even potato in it.

I've been here several times as this location is close to my office. Today I had to wait 30 minutes for ham and cheese at 8 a.m. Many of the shelves were empty. This has been my experience many times at this location. This location is terribly managed but I blame ownership. I'll go to another location, even though it's an inconvenience. I've never had Shipleys tell me they were out of anything. Just sayin...

Love KF, and enjoy getting them in the morning when they open. Last few times was disappointed to find that hardly any menu items are readily available at opening time- shame to have to wait 30 minutes for them to cook your order.

Koloches are good. Pricey and sometimes extremely small. Each time I’ve gotten half a dozen at least two of the koloches are half the size of the others, at this particular location.
