Idk if the ham n cheese kolaches are the most popular or not however, why are you consistently running out before 9am?! Like if that’s a popular flavor you would think they would adjust home many they make. I could see if it was 11am or 12 you may run out but early mornings? Insane. They also have gotten so small and increased the price while something like the potato, egg and cheese are huge. Why are they different sizes and more expensive?

I buy 4 barbeque briskets when I get home and open this kolache not enough for a year old kid, half a spoon only inside and hefty charge

I asked for an egg and cheese Kolache and it states it on the receipt and my order was repeated back to me (I was face to face with the worker and I went inside to order) so there was no miscommunication about what my order was, I then go back to my car and take a bit and she had given me all meat Kolaches! I go back inside and explain to them what she did and there was no apology or nothing it was a shrug and a whatever. I then say to the worker that your colleague (who was standing right next to her) gave me meat ones and I do not eat meat and you guys are not even apologict to your mistake, her colleague just smiled and was like "oh well sorry" honestly I was so upset and angry as they made it out as if I was causing a massive fuss. The ignorance and lack of understanding and service was reflected and to be honest those two ladies need to be reviewed, as imagine if I was allergic or something much worse could of resulted. I absolutely do not recommend this particular location.

Every day no jalapeño poppers or 1-2. If it is your best seller, increase your pars so customers are happy. Friday 840am sold out? If your business ploy is to not make more so people buy other types - that’s a poor model because most of the others do not taste good. Same problem at other locations. You have a hit, too bad you’re always out of it. Maybe I should go to another company for breakfast 5 days a week? That’s the message I get and your staff is rude. I could deal with that if you were not out of product almost daily.

Order 2105Usually the service is good, but not today.Imagine ordering 5 kolaches, then realizing you only got 4. You double check the receipt to verify you, in fact, did pay for 5 kolaches. Now you’re upset because that means someone isn’t eating breakfast, but it’s too late to drive back for 1 freaking kolache. Yeah, that’s how I feel. I get it’s only a few dollars, but dang. Double check your bags before leaving or be disappointed like me.
