I have been a kolache factory for years. I recently started going to the Briar Lakes location near city west & while I still enjoy the kolaches the customer service there is HORRIBLE! The Hispanic lady who always takes the order never greets me when I walk in the door. Even when I say good morning she just wait for me to tell her my order. She always looks like she’s not happy to there and this extremely unacceptable for a paying customer. Every other location I go to I’m greeted as soon as I walk in along with a smile. I won’t be coming back to this location

If you have any Meat/Bacon restrictions (muslim or Jewish) or you don’t eat bacon/sausage for any reason, just be careful what you’re getting. I ordered Potato Egg and cheese and when I got home they were all Bacon Egg and Cheese. When I went back, I had to wait another hour for them to make another batch without even an apology for the mistake or the wait. I am posting for KF-049, BRIAR FOREST location.

I mean, they are good but they are covered up hot dogs ?????? I’m from the east coast and had never heard of a kolache. someone told me to try them. Wish I had been told that beforehand lol I don’t eat hotdogs. Says sausage but they taste like hot dogs.
