Come here often and always great. Today the employee was very rude. I ordered sausage egg and cheese kolaches for my 3 year old, she brought back sausage and cheese. When I said sorry think we misunderstood she said “no this is what you ordered I even wrote it on the bag” and basically refused to replace it with what I ordered. Ended up having to order again as she made it clear she would not be replacing the kolaches that I didn’t order. She had quite a horrible attitude and made it very uncomfortable for my 3 yr old and other patrons. Will say that this employee typically is pleasant - must be having a bad day.

Do NOT order from kolache factory via the app. When they run out of food, they do not refund your money. And the employees will simply shrug their shoulders. Worst customer service experience ever.

Fast friendly efficient service at this location. It has always taken me just a few minutes in and out. Food is consistently prepared well here. Chicken Enchilada is awesome. My kids like the sausage and cheese and pizza. Emily is pretty high energy so of you want to wake up for the morning order from her ?.

Recently I visited Houston to see my sibling for some time and decided to pass by this store with my sister . The food was amazing, however there was an employee that was very desruptive, and loud. While I was talking to the young cashier to place my order we were interrupted by a loud voice by this other cashier. Now I wouldn't really mind this but she kept talking so loudly and agressive. That me and the cashier kept pausing to try and communicate with eachother. Kudos for that young cashier and her patience!

I’m not sure what changed in the last couple of months but the Sunday workers routinely open the store late, and when the store does open, they only have half the product ready to go.If 7:00 am isn’t possible, please change it 730 to be more honest with clientele
