My hubby and I are regulars that attend here quite frequently. The food is always amazing just as the service. The drinks are pretty and delicious. My fav is the taro milk tea with rainbow jellies! 😍 so good. The smoothie version is also bomb. Long is a wonderful waiter. He’s really good at his job, and he is very attentive. He has served us a few times and we have not had any problems. Masha is also another wonderful person. She keeps the vibe light and comfortable. Every time we go to this location, we always have such a good time. My fav restaurant and if anyone would like any suggestions the flap tail is yummmyyy. Your meal also comes with an ice cream (which is good).

Our server Cong T/Larry was bad. I don’t want to say horrible. My and my friends went out to eat at Kpot and when we sat down there was no friendly greet or anything. During our time there, he would constantly walk past us not checking in and I closely tracked him. He only had 1 other tables. I round of refills was given after he noticed 10 minutes into the meal. If only he checked on our table. We had to flag him down for new meat orders. We also had to ask for get our grill changed.
I don’t understand why we had to ask for everything. Coming from a server he was not good.

We gave this place another chance after having bad service the first time, and sadly nothing has improved service wise, which sucks because the food is actually good. The owner should go to the other locations and see how they do it, because the service here is trash.

It was our time visiting this spot! We love KBBQ and were very excited to try this. The food was amazing and so was our server Emilie. The only complaint I had was the white rice was bad. When we first tried it, it tasted extremely sour and smelled horrible. Our server apologized and later brought out more hoping it was better but it was still expired rice. It smelled very fermented and tasted horrible. We didn’t get more rice. Both times the rice was not hot so I am thinking it was left out at room temperature maybe from days old and caused it to start fermenting. People around us were dumping the rice in their soup so I think they missed that it was spoiled.
Other than the rice, everything else was amazing. We can’t wait to go back to try it again!!’ If you visit, ask for Emilie. She is the sweetest and took her time to explain everything!

This was a first for us. We’d never tried this cuisine before. Definitely coming back, thanks to or server, Adrielle. She was awesome and patient with teaching us about the menu, cooking and ordering. It was definitely a learning experience, but such a good one for sure. We left with full bellies and had a great time. 🍜 😋

I love this place! I take my clients here whenever I can. It is very well lit, clean and in great condition. The waitstaff is good and they have a sauce and condiments bar with different sauces, veggies, kimchi, fruit and more. I enjoy both the Hotspot and BBQ with their Spicy Szechuan and you can't go wrong with either the lunch or dinner options. Its a great experience with great food and perfect for having conversations with whoever you go with. Going back again this week with a client!
