Food takes hours to get to you and it's cold. The server was great but the all you can eat comes a plate at a time. Was there for four hours with the all you can eat shrimp. Flavor was great but came slightly cold and took way to long. In four hours I got 4 plates. Starving after had to go eat again.

My sister and I went to Krab Kings for the first time to try their All you can eat seafood!! The food was good but service was amazing. KP was very attentive and friendly, he took very good care of us. For his service I’ll come

This is suppose to be a shrimp boil (spicy garlic butter) no garlic or seasoning I was told the shrimp were bigger than what I got which these are small and no way this is 1bs shrimp I am absolutely disappointed in the food and waited 30 minutes for THIS!!!! $20 wasted I had to go home and season it myself. Definitely not returning ever!!!

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. I finally come for my Birthday and the service was horrible. I asked twice if someone could take our order. We had been sitting for a long time with the staff passing us up and serving other customers that came in after us. I can’t rate the food but we sat for 15 mins and no one even took our drink order.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! If you are ever in Houston come check them out!! KP went above and beyond for us and we had a crowd!! I also got a hookah and it was GREAT!! Food was AMAZING!! I give this place a 12 ?

I had the shrimp boil with corn and sausage. The food was disgusting not to mention it took an hour long to make it wasn’t even hot when it came out. It had a bad sour taste I kept describing as throw up. ? my drink lemon drop was half made.My husband had the lamb chops everything had a sour taste and smell. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Very disappointed ?

Food is not good. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It’s disgusting, sauce taste sour, nun of the margaritas were done, poor customer service, let’s not mention took almost an hour to receive food.

The food is good (ONCE YOU ACTUALLY GET IT). But the service is no good. You really can't enjoy the all you can eat option because they take WAY to long to get your food to you. Crab legs don't take over an hour after you're already seated. Gave them a second chance after a bad first experience. Sad to say I'll never return

DO NOT GO HERE ! The food is NASTY ! The drinks taste like water & lime juice ! The customer service is HORRIBLE our server was very polite & doing the best she could but the Owner is HELLA Rude & when we told him what was wrong with our food he gets a attitude & mad because we was unsatisfied with our meal ! He said he would give us a discount but later added it back as gratitude I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN !! The $70 all you can eat crab is not worth the time or money , they only give you 2 clusters with ONLY BUTTER so seasoning no nothing & it’s take 45-1hr for your second round . We was there for 2 hours & only got 1 plate of the all you can eat crabs !! & it was a party of 6 but every other table was getting food constantly

Sometimes, finding a place that have really good food is hard to find but to get really great customer service is hard to get, but our guy KP is really exceptional. Came check on us and make sure our food and our time were well worth it. He was funny and personal and with us and can see he was like that with every customer! Definitely coming back. And the wing Wednesday awesome sauce!
