Definitely best soaked Cajun cf in Houston

I came by for lunch today! We got shrimp fried rice, 5lbs of Cajun crawfish and a hamburger with fries. First, and foremost the service wasn’t too great, he was not friendly and did not have great customer service, seem like he didn’t want to be there - older Asian guy. He brought us our food while we were saying thank you and just walks off. Weird. Unprofessional. Rude.

The crawfish was definitely small, but the shrimp fried rice was good which we come here before for it so, it didn’t disappoint! Burger was good but it did not come with cheese.

I only wanted to write a review because of the customer service!

The food is good, but the customer service is horrible, I ordered 3lbs of crawfish I stepped to the side to check my order & ate 1 crawfish out the bag, I noticed it didn’t look like 3 lbs so I went to put it on the scale, the scale said 2.83 lbs 1 crawfish doesn’t way that much, I will never spend a dime in there again

The food is good here. 1 star because I didn't get my sausage in my order. Come on man...

Can’t speak for everyone, cause everyone has their own experience, but our food was delicious the atmosphere was laid back and quite, had the guys laughing with us overall good experience. Service was fast was about to feed 4 under $50 which is a good price these days

tasty food

I called this place several times with no answer before I got there on Saturday. I was hoping to order Crawfish and that is the reason why I was calling to place my order before getting there. I got there and proceeded to order. I told the owner/manager, that is always at the counter, that I wanted to order the 5lb Crawfish special. He said that they were sold out of Crawfish. I told him that is why I called multiple times so that I would not make a blank trip. (I live 25 minutes away from the place). He said that they were busy, nonchalantly. He had a blank face the whole time, no character, no sympathy. They may have been busy, but they weren't, when I got there. What is the point of being able to call in your order/check to see if they have Crawfish if no one answers the phone. This is not the first non pleasant experience that I have had with him either. I like to give businesses a chance thinking that situations can be one offs etc.. You have to have half way decent customer service if you are going to be the face that people come in contact with and/or speak with over the phone. He needs a better attitude! I won't continue to make a trip and spend my money at an establishment that doesn't care how they treat their customers. I did go on Post oak and was able to get Crawfish from Bayou Kitchen Crawfish Kings. I was warmly welcomed and the customer service was on point.

I tried the crawfish. It was pretty tasty ?. I asked for the garlic butter well ... it wasn't what I thought it was slimie pieces of garlic it just wasn't what I expected butttt other than that the CRAWFISH was on point.. Season was on point..

Went for the crawfish. They were good, great price and nice size, only issue is, I wish the corn had been cooked/soaked in the same boil as the crawfish so it would've had some flavor to it, same with the sausage. Other than that, it was great.

The crawfish were amazing, especially for the price. The lemon pepper wings were the worst I've ever tasted.....and yes the customer service sucks!!!
