Ordered red beans , crawfish etoufe, Kray platter fried shrimp, oysters, and fried soft shell crab.. First off i eat some of the hottest peppers and sauce in the world. Spice is a big deal. Red beans were a 3 at best. Seems to be missing a few spices like garlic, bay leaves, and some fat. Crawfish etoufe same thing. Needs to be a little more creamy. I love the butter base , but it needs to be blended correctly. The flavor I got was flour or starch. Spice was ok , but needed help....
If you are looking for a seafood restaurant that has great flavor and wonderful service, look no further. This place with it's seasonings and spices, will leave your taste buds wanting for more. The inside may not offer that much in the way of ambiance, however sitting outside on the deck was a nice experience, and you will not ever notice you weren't in a five star restaurant because of the service you will receive. I saw this place after leaving one of the nearby stores and decided to give it a try. Im glad I did, I got their blackened fish combo, was the best blackened fish I've had ever. Everything was fresh and the establishment is clean.I will most definitely be back and highly recommend them!
