This location has been the absolute Horrifying over the years. Nearly twice, the light is on, we go for Hot fresh donuts (not Even warm ones). This location has gone to craps. The employees are always rude and they don't seem to care at all. Some days the location is closed during normal business hours. Sometimes they don't even allow you in the lobby. The drive thru speaker box does not work, there isn't a sign to tell you to pull forward. My goodness, incorrect orders (the last charge was for 2 chocolate covered filled with creme, but recieved a chocolate and a cold original glaze.Simply requesting for better service, cleaner facility, and if you do not have fresh donuts, don't flip on the light (please do not waste people's time to drive in for a disappointment.)The location I've been referring to is8611 Westheimer roadHouston, TX 77063Don't think it'll last more than a few more months, unless there is change.its completely run down. Hardly any customers when passed by.Best of luck. 8611 Westheimer makes all Krispy Kreme donuts bad.

This is what I was served at a certain Houston location Krispy Kreme(cinnamon roll, supposedly, but really just bad bakers), I also saw the staff taking out the trash in their gloves, I want to hope to God those are not the same glove they were using inside the restaurant because they didn't seem to remove the gloves once they walked back in the building this is from a drive-through View. There were staff members who didn't know what to do, what to serve,how to serve, what items were called so she was clearly left untrained

The Krispy Kreme at 8611 Westheimer Rd Houston Tx 77063 is nasty. The worker do not care how they present themselves and the donuts are disgusted. I will not be coming back to this location . It should not even be open. Health department needs to take a look. The only way to submit is to select a star. I wouldn't give this location a dot. It is so horrible.

First time visiting and I got to try some donuts ?Cold ones were not good but the freshly made ones were good.The service was pretty sad and my colleagues weren’t satisfied with their service. The staff was not willing to let them to the bathroom. Some got a coffee latte without coffee and made us hurry to get us out… the improvements needed in service. Cheers

Nostalgic experience having hot Krispy Kreme’s right off the conveyor belt. Best donut to my knowledge in the world! This location maintains high quality standards which was not true of the location closer to me.Drink milk with your donut if you don’t like things really sweet.

This was my first time grabbing Krispy Kreme and it did not disappoint! I love how buttery soft the donuts are and it's the perfect amount of sweetness. If there were more Krispy Kreme locations as there were to Shipley's, and one near me, I'd definitely get them more often. But unfortunately, it'll have to be a once in awhile thing as it was 30 minutes away. Definitely did not disappoint though!

Very odd to see how the donuts ? can have different sizes. They supposed to have evenly same Sizes donates same flavor. The deviance was like almost half the size of each other. What's going on? The consistency isn't there and there is or reasons y this is. The will effect taste and y am I paying sane for less amount I felt. Not sure when i will be back.

Awesome service from two employees working today 3/15/22 5:55 pm. Not only did they correct my order they did it with the pleasure of making the customer happy. Took 52 miles and 20 yrs to get here, and will come back as often as I can. Thank you and Happy St. Patrick's Day..

They have some lazy workers. The sign was on and the lady with colored hair told me that they had JUST finished making a bunch. I asked her if I could get some of those fresh ones and she said yes. When I got the donuts they were all cold. I asked her if she could give me the warm ones she refused. I was trying to show my mother in law how good Krispy Kreme is especially warm. What a let down

Horrible!! Cold donuts and the didn't have and wouldn't make anything more. We were told only availability was glazed, chocolate dipped and one other flavor. They said molds weren't even made. Why is there not a variety when a variety box is offered as an option??? Will definitely NOT go here again.

The customer service was great. I love seeing the lady that works in the morning and exchanging smiles and positive vibes with her. I travel quite a ways to go there and it bummed me out to find put that they didn't have what I wanted available (assortment of minis). It happened twice . If I was close it wouldn't of bothered me but that isn't this case. Otherwise the food (upon availability), drinks and service is great as for the morning shift!
