I loved this Kroger when I used to live across the street, but I had a birthday cake made for my mom’s birthday and it was horrendous. We grabbed it on the way to dinner, so there was no time to fix it. We did get $6 taken off, however, I’d suggest getting a cake made

This Krogers is very convenient to me, and although I don't come here often (because I prefer HEB), I do like the layout of the store. It makes it very, very easy to find the things you need. They also offer some items that HEB doesn't, which is pretty cool They also have a Starbucks inside the store, which should be a staple in every grocery store, lol. I do like their bakery and deli section. They have a lot of cool options like individual bagels, so you can buy as little or as much as you want, homemade pretzels, interesting muffin flavors and a huge selection of meat, breads and cheeses. Their bakery offerings are delicious and tempting, so I try my best not to look at them. They have an extensive meat aisle. I usually buy my meat at HEB, but I might start buying it here, I suppose. I actually came here to buy a few muffins, some Mucinex for a cold as well as some cough drops. The prices were definitely practical. I mean, everything is expensive nowadays but thier prices were good with a lot of sales. When I went to check out, I didn't have the Kroger card which I will get soon, they still swiped the card for me to give me over a dollar off, which I appreciated! It's a clean store but could be cleaner. I'll be back.

had a grocery pick up order tonight at 7pm. First of all I waited awhile for my order. The young lady apologized it seemed she was working by herself. By the time I got home and unpacked everything I realized my grocery order that I paid for the items weren't all there. In fact several items were missing. I called the store and was told to call in te morning. I was so upset I went up to the store and they still couldn't resolved my problem tonight. I've been doing grocery pickup here for years and a customer at this store for even longer. This is piss poor customer service. I will be reporting this to the BBB and everywhere I can put a review

The busiest customer service line ever

For some reason the deli dept hires the rudest slow employees. They really don't like their job. Not coming back.

The location is irrelevant for the most part - Kroger is truly gross to shop in. Dirty and lazy are the two least offensive words I can think of. Also, poor quality vegetables, untrained or incompetent staff -people are truly lazy and rude. Why are there no carriages in the store? Oh - they are all out scattered in the parking lot. It tells a lot what customers expect when they won't even take the time to push the cart into the parking lot retrieval center. What's the point - no one ever brings them inside the store for use By customers Anyway. And, as we all still ponder why there are 18 lanes for full service check-out, I have Never Ever seen more than 2 registers open. Full grocery cart on an evening night? : good luck checking out in self checkout! You can't even move 2 feet without that f'ing machine screaming for the assistant. Rude - we aren't stealing, but it sure feels like we're being watched as if we were. I'll save the best for last - the PHARMACY. I've become aware how pharmacists really hate their jobs. (Look it up - I was shocked). But these people also are so rude and inhumane in dealing with customers - cultural probably? Never is there someone at the front. Never Ever! They are feverishly hiding in the back where you can't see them. God only knows what the hell they are doing, but when quitting time comes you will be doubly ignored. Not even a "we'll be with you in a minute -or 20 or maybe you'll have to scream at them. Kroger on N. Shepherd- dirty dirty dirty and unsafe parking lot at night. No lights that seem to work. You should continue closing your stores in neighborhoods like mine. HEB is eating your lunch. Thank God they are pushing you out. It's night and day in terms of cleanliness, freshnesss, attitude, training AND customer service. Night and Day! I'm sure there is a reason why your employees are so unmotivated and hostile. It's more than money - it's culture.Mike

The store manager here is awful and absolutely unwilling to help customers. It's clear this culture trickles down to her employees who are equally unhelpful and unresponsive to requests for help. When asking for her manager's information, she will not give it to you (because she knows it's because a customer wants to complain). If I could give this store 0 stars, I would.

Poorly managed store. Not stocked well. Berries that already have mold. Cashier did not ask for Kroger card then said it was too late to scan because credit card had already been entered. Fruit was left separate and not put in sack - poorly trained cashiers and at a separate visit not enough help at self checkout and customers were left waiting for a long time to get assistance or have entries cleared

The store itself is great so they get the 3 stars, but the click list pick up service sucks. They always hang up when I call and I end up having to call multiple times just to get my order. Also store opens early so you'd think that pick up does, too, but nope! Doesn't open till after 8am.

I love My local Kroger. I've been in this neighborhood for over 10 years and it's always been friendly neighborhood grocery store. I can always find My fresh organic fruit. Although, I don't currently eat meat the rotisserie chicken is amazing. The customer service is close to chic fil a LoL. I've seen some of the same smiling faces here for years. Shout of to Kystal for always keeping the store running and putting in all the hours especially during the holidays. The meat department always has fresh meat and seafood options at a great price too. I usually just get salmon but at one point I got everything which was always good quality.

I've never been to a Kroger's so unfriendly and rude till I moved over here. The staff are terrible especially the creep with the long hair. I don't feel safe coming to this Kroger's. They gave me a hard time several times today was the last straw. They gave me trouble with my ID that was given by the state. I end up going to another Kroger's and had no problem DONT GO HERE THEY SUCK

Working for Shipt. This Kroger is horrible. They have given me the wrong orders and are terribly slow.

If only one could post a review with zero stars. Where to start? The store is crowded and dirty. The cashiers have an attitude, the sackers are not trained to sack groceries, and 99% of employees, including the managers, demonstrate a remarkable lack of customer service skills. Even the parking lot is dirty.
