I have 2 debit cards issued by 2 different places that allow you to purchase fresh produce and meats. Kroger is one of the few authorized vendors but always trouble using these cards there. They come up unauthorized even though the companies list them

Placeed a pick up order online. when the employee put my purchase in the back seat, I noticed the wrong 5 box's of coffee. When I ask about it, she states it was out and just added this kind instead! Very rude customer service also, will not be back to this kroger location.

Crazy that I have to call an attendant over after every item I scan because the “sensor” thinks I’m stealing then you have to sit and watch a replay where they verify you aren’t stealing lol Kroger is turning into the new Walmart if your that paranoid about theft get rid of self checkout.. heb and aldis it is
This is a very nasty Kroger. It reminds me of the one on El Camino Real in Clear Lake. Just nasty. Will only purchase non food products like toiletries. Will not purchase any food here. Straight up nasty. Should be shut down by the health dept. Very bad stench in the store.

I’ve been here a few times. I have friends who stay near so when I'm in the area, I stop by.
I came here for seafood because my Kroger would be closed by the time i got home. I walked by the “fresh seafood” and they’re were literally flies all over the seafood. I mean big horse flies that didnt move even when he opened the case!
I was so disgusted i told the worker nevermind.
I wont be back thats for sure.

I really don't have an issue with the store or staff, the problem is the third party vendors.
I was literally not in the store for 5 seconds when all of a sudden somebody tries hitting me up about my electrical provider. I don't go to grocery stores to search for utility services
