Very good sushi, has a large assortment. The fried food was kinda meh, namely the appetizers, but the sushi made up for it. Good service, the waiter was very nice. Just the fried food needs some work and refinement
After our meal it wasn’t hard to see why this place was dead on a Saturday night. The nigiri and sashimi prices are very expensive, the rolls were well priced. The beef ishiyaki was not only super expensive but the cut of meat was terrible, expected better beef cut for $30 appetizer. Definitely priced to the likes of Uchi and Kata Robata but fails to even come close. Wouldn’t go back
They used to be located in Rice Village a few years back. I would always drive to their location from the Woodlands to get an order of Phoenix Roll and a Nabeyaki Udon. I was so sad to hear that they closed down to relocate. I drove to different locations all around Houston trying to find something as good as their Udon. I couldn't find any place that had udon that come anywhere close to their bowl. Now here we are about 4 years later or more. I was about to lose hope they...
