Great food, you could make a meal out of the biscuits and cornbread, but make sure you leave room for the meal. The oxtail was delicious!

Good ambiance with exterior seating. Good location. Prawn grits was a bit too salty to my taste.

Excellent food. We ordered the catfish with grits and the salmon salad. Both were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Wish I would have tried a side of collard greens! Highly recommend. Service was excellent too…very personable staff.

I was at a conference across the street at a hotel. I just had an hour for lunch, so I popped over to Kulture. I ordered the shrimp and grits. It was so delicious! I wasn’t there long because I got my lunch to go, but while I sat at the bar waiting, I was kindly given a glass of water. The place was very clean with a cool, contemporary vibe. I was very pleased that I chose Kulture for lunch. I’ll be craving those shrimp and grits for a long time.

A great place for some southern cooking! Visited during the lunch hour, and the menu was rather limited but overall very tasty. Cornbread was absolutely to die for, very moist and very flavorful, paired incredibly well with the butter & jam! The piri piri tuna salad was very good, generous portion, tuna was well cooked, however not well deboned (ran into a small bone or something alike). IMO could have definitely bumped up the piri piri flavor on the tuna, as it was kind of light. Otherwise a great local restaurant to get some lunch during a busy conference. Prices were rather fair for lunchtime.

Marcus was great for our group of 20! Was on it, never had to look around to find our server. Our first experience at Kulture and we enjoyed it. I recommend the gumbo for brunch! We certainly will be back.

This place is a great downtown spot to hang with the homies! If you are in the downtown area and want to get taste of Houston’s flavor - hit em up. My favorite is the cocktails and the ribs 😋
