I ordered my usual tea and latte, but today they were particularly phenomenal. While I always enjoy what I get, today it was like I was sipping that very first tea I'd gotten in 2018; absolutely perfect.

Our new favorite KFT location! Drinks are simply better than most other KFTs - there's a better balance of tea and milk. KFT drinks usually have too much milk and are too creamy, but here the tea is more pronounced and complements the milk better. Tapioca boba is also solid. Not sure why other customers have had issues with service, we visit nearly every week and find the service reliable, respectful, and fast.

Customer services horrible , if you don’t like what you do why be there? Honestly I like the drinks but the person face killed

As soon as i walked in the owner disregarded me and had a horrible attitude when i asked to used the restroom. i was planning on buying a drink, but he stated i had to buy before using the restroom and if not i can “ go next door” talking about the whataburger. his horrible attitude will not take his business very far…
