Brisa's service is very good. Good atmosphere, food is acceptable. We ate seafood broth, octopus toast, and some seafood shrimp. The best was the toast.

At first glance, the restaurant needs some upgrades here and there. I can tell that this place can get jumping at night though. I can’t speak for the seafood aspect because I was scared that I would get food poisoning. My fiancée and I got a fajita beef quesadilla, his mom got salmon with fried rice and vegetables, and his dad got one of the grilled parrilladas they had. The parrillada was good, the salmon was okay, the fried rice tasted like kraft’s Parmesan cheese. The charro beans did not taste great. I also originally ordered the pasta Alfredo was chicken, but the pasta was overcooked and was similar to the michellinis frozen Alfredo that you can get at Walmart. The pasta seemed to be cut in half and all I got was tiny pieces of pasta. Flavor wise it was good, the chicken was freshly cooked and tasted great, just the pasta was way over cooked. It took almost 20 minutes to get out food so service wise they were good. I had to switch out my pasta for the quesadilla because at least the quesadilla tasted good. The only real complaint I had was the pasta, the fried rice, the charro beans, and also how the servers all they did was talk with one another the whole entire time since there was not that many people there. I understand that sometimes you don’t have any tables to serve, but to run a restaurant, there is a lot to do. The servers just kept talking to each other the whole time that someone got up and took their empty michelada to them since no one went to check on them. When we were mid bite, someone started mopping and it smelled like fabuloso as we were eating. The server pulled out the fan which caused the smell to spread even further out.

Dad and I decided to stop by for dinner and we were greeted right away upon entering the restaurant and seated right away. Our waitress Melody was very attentive, she had a lovely personality and explained the menu items when we had questions. Our food came out in a timely manner and it was fresh, hot and delicious. The atmosphere is festive as music is always playing though I wish it wasn’t as loud just to make it easier to talk amongst us the guests and with our servers. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the food.
Dad had the fried shrimps and they did not skimp on the amount of shrimp. I think he had about 10-12 of them on his plate and I had the fried fish filet plate. Seafood was fried perfectly, dad had fries, I got the fried rice which was tasty and funny enough we both enjoyed our salads with the ranch dressing.

The food is great, one of the best Mexican seafood food I’ve tried in Houston. The aguachiles and caldo levantamuertos are amazing. The server Ixel was great! Almost every server I’ve had here has been great. But the restrooms are disgusting. Doors are falling and every time I’ve gone in them there’s something always wrong. Floors under the tables are usually dirty too. In all I think the place needs a little fix me up but the food is quality and service is on point always.
