Great Barbacoa tacos, con tortilla de maíz. Cheese hotdogs had a good taste. Milanesa torta was good a bit tough ( for my old age 😁) but it was good. I will come back. I did turn back around and ordered 30 more tacos 🌮 😂😋

Great location to get a snack and sit outside. The seating areas have covered patios, behind the building is a small park for kids to play in and benches for the parents. The best part is the mini zoo on site. Not a zoo but open fenced land that has a peacock, ostrich, a pig, turkeys and chickens. It's a great cheap place to bring the kids for an outing.

I’ve came here since I was in high school, that was in 2016-2017 & I could personally say it’s come to an end for me now. Staff is rude, they’re always something missing and/or the food doesn’t taste right & always cold. I came here today @9pm to get 3 raspas & they were the most unflavored raspas I’ve ever tasted.

I used to enjoy taking my staff to enjoy their mangonadas and other treats, but unfortunately they have changed, The woman at the window taking orders is a bit rude, we let it slide. When our order was called we realized some items where missing she had the audacity to get upset and say we didn't pay for it. (which was her fault she took down the order and charged me.) I didn't mind paying for the remaining balance but she proceeded to be rude to my staff and harassed them about the remaining balance when i finally got up to pay there was no one at the window i knocked multiple times and the employees where just pacing back and forth in the back.

La Colmena is a good Mexican restaurant. It has good Mexican tortas, burritos, hamburguesas, platillo mixto, and more. The restaurant is small, but the workers are nice. It has a drive thru service which is very convenient. The restaurant tables are outside, so customers have to eat outside. It looks more like a small town restaurant. It has restrooms outside too. Prices are affordable, and the food is good.
