Was craving some seafood and wings and stopped by to check this place out and I was amazed the best by far I’ve had in a while food was delicious and service was really good treated me and took care of me like family highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again

Wow this place has gone down. Food was over cooked. They had a whole list of unavailable food items. Rice was hard and disgusting on both plates . I haven’t been in a while, used to be my favorite place. Restroom was full of s*** all over the floor and toilet . If I could give zero stars I would .

It's been about a year since we have been to this location and this place has gone down the drain under it's new management my family and I used to come here all the time because we lived down the street and it became our favorite place to eat but after today we probably won't be back until it gets new management because the kids they have running the place now don't know what there doing we were told today at 4pm on Saturday that they have no crab no gumbo no fountain drinks no fries and no fried shrimp they won't last long running it like this
Placed an order through the LA Crawfish app. When I got to the restaurant they advised we don't sale the items. Didn't offer me another option other than refunding me my $75. That would be great but I have to wait for the refund. They wanted me to rebuy something else. No option for a manager. Won't be giving them my business again.

Listen to the reviews!!! This place use to be our favorite place for wings and my husband loved the magic fried rice with added extras. We brought a friend here the other night and was completely embarrassed about our experience after hyping this place to them. I don't know what or who has changed, but this place is awful now! Environment is cold and unwelcoming, the servers were all new and didn't know anything about menu or about the place they work for. Now the food, we all ordered wings if that's what you want to call them they looked like quail wings. They were so small and over fried. My husband and our friend ordered the magic rice and it was mediocre at best. I ordered a crawfish pho and the noodles were over cooked they were mushy and falling apart and the broth had no flavor.

Do not waste your time and come here. I ordered the 6 piece wings and the flavor I originally wanted they didn’t have. The chicken was hard and barely had any meat on it?

I ordered door dash got my food and was disappointed immediately as I open my containers. I ordered magic rice got only 4 shrimp, I ordered snow crab with Cajun garlic I got a very salty crab with only butter, also ordered 6 pieces of chicken hot buffalo with an extra sauce and 6 piece Cajun style chicken and they where dry and almost burnt chicken

This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had . I ordered crawfish pho and this is what I received. This is spaghetti noodles and not with pho noodles. I asked politely for a refund since this is not what the menu showed , and the gentleman at the front desk told me no refunds . Also, the manager wasn’t in town til next week to provide me with a refund . I had to call my bank to ask for one . I’ve never been so disappointed in my life , I use to love this place . I hear is under new management. I will never return again .

New person answering phone seems to be high. He can’t direct you to the right website to order and simply hangs up on you. Miss the young girl that would take your order. She was polite. Take your business somewhere else.
