Ordered 6lbs of seafood boil and they gave MORE THAN A POUND SHORT!!! I weighed it myself at home because the bag was light …when they weigh the bag they must count the weight the “free” corn…I told them about it and a guy said they don’t know if I ate it…I wasn’t asking for anything I just told them about it and the man there proceeded to blame me…this place WILL rip you off

Bring your own starter sauce. They are being cheap. Tarter sauce taste like water down. Its very running like milk. I know times are hard but come on... coughs enjoy my fish because of this. BAD BUSINESS!!!! NEVER received refund!!! Do not and I mean DO NOT ever eat at this establishment. I went there 07/16/2025 and got the worst seafood boil ever the food was absolutely horrible. I asked for a refund went through the whole refund process mined you I spent $57 dollars ate 3 crawfish and asked for a refund the lady Tamy who was working said since I ate 3 I could only get a refund with 15% deducted. I agreed I was supposed to get $40.96 refund to my card which I have still never gotten it is now 07/26/2024. This is terrible business if someone does not like your product give them their money back it’s the least you can do. I haven’t been able to go back to the establishment to demand the refund but I will as soon as I can find time I have the refund receipt in hand.

I ordered online for a pick up order and this made my gahdamn stomach hurt… I couldn’t finish the crawfish because it was EXTREMELY dirty.. literally covered in mud and grass…. Crawfish clearly wasn’t cleaned/purged. I was very disappointed by that. Shrimp was really good but damn the crawfish ruined it for me. I’m not from Katy/Houston area and I wanted to try something new while on vacation and now I have ever lasting shits.

Perfect boil. I had snow crab and crawfish. My husband had crawfish and shrimp. They were perfect boils couldn’t be happier!!!
THEY RIP OFF CUSTOMERS NOW!!!! LA Crawfish Shack’s 1lb shrimp = 7 shrimp & 1lb crawfish=9 crawfish. I was forced to count the pieces because my delivery bag was very light after ordering 1lb of each snow crabs, shrimp, & crawfish. Asian woman who runs it said 7pcs of shrimp=1lb & 9pc crawfish=1lb over the phone. Dangerous parking lot with many homeless people walking up to you and sketchy businesses, minimal parking. Taking my money to LA Fisherman on Beltway 8 & Beechnut from now on, they give a free bag of limes, their seasoning & prices are better AND they actually give the correct of seafood you’ve ordered!

A friend introduced me to this place years ago and I've been hooked ever since. I always get the crawfish with the sausage, potatoes, and corn. Corn and potato never overcooked and crawfish big. Normally only eat here during crawfish season though.
They used to have waiters but it's self-serve now.
