We came to LA Crawfish Shack craving some good crawfish and ended up ordering a batch that was way spicier than we expected—about 6 pounds of it! When my brother mentioned it to one of the staff members, he was incredibly kind and understanding. He went out of his way to fix it for us and made it so much more enjoyable. We really appreciated the great service and hospitality. The food was delicious once adjusted, and the overall experience was definitely worth five stars. Thank you for taking care of us—we’ll definitely be back!

I ordered takeout from LA Crawfish Shack—6 lbs of crawfish (house mild), with sausage and potatoes, plus fried rice and beignets, for pickup at 4:50. When I got home, I realized the crawfish didn’t come with the sausage and potatoes I ordered. The crawfish were medium to small in size, and while the house mild flavor was okay, it was a bit oily for my taste. The beignets were also a bit dry. Disappointed with the missing items and overall experience—hoping for better quality control next time.
