The truth is that it was below my expectations, the dough looked like bread, the chorizo was ground and the pizza looked a bit ugly, the comment is if it is even the slightest intention to harm the business, it is only for them to improve.
I can’t express enough how much I love this food truck. The guy who runs it is a really great person as well. Amazing sandwiches, pizzas, croquetas, and OUTSTANDING guava empanadas. But more importantly, consistent quality. I’ve never once been disappointed with my meal. This was my introduction to Cuban food, and I’ve had many more since then trying to learn more about the cuisine. But La Cubana is still my absolute favorite.
The meal was truly delicious and exceeded my expectations. The pizza was flavorful and arrived promptly. The guava y cheese empanada was delightful. I eagerly anticipate returning to explore the menu further. ?
