This place always changes staff because they give such bad customer service. Starting with Mrs. Güera with blue eyes.

I have already made my complaint before and the owner kindly apologized. And I tried to give the place 2 chances because I actually like the quality of the snow.

But the service is horrible, and it's not just me who says it, there are many people always complaining about the poor attention one receives from the employees.

You ask them for an order of Cheetos prepared and with certain ingredients and they put what they want or
You have to repeat the order to them because they don't know.

They don't pay attention because they are on the phone.

My go to spot for a sweet treat for years! The area plays a role on how often I frequent BUT when i go their customer service is exceptional. They have ton of options for everyone and anyone. I recommend their unlimited ice cream flavors, mangonadas or even tostitos preparados.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of fruit items to select from and the options are endless

Parking: Its located in a shopping strip so there is definitely plenty of parking.

Kid-friendliness: My 7yo loves it here. From the ice creams to their popsicles even their chips. The place is not huge for eating there but they do have small seating.

Wheelchair accessibility: Its located in a shopping strip so there is definitely plenty of wheelchair accessible parking. If not you will find something fairly near.

I have been coming to this place for 3 years, everything is very delicious but lately there are some girls who serve the service who give very bad service.

This ice cream shop is the bomb. All payments are accepted as well. The ladies here are nice, attentive and give quick service. All items on the menu are good. Go stop for a refreshing treat in this heat!

They don't know how to make flavored water, I asked for a strawberry water and they gave me pure foam water with very little strawberry flavor, it tasted more like foam water and it's worth $4.

When I arrived the first thing I noticed was that they only had one Eskimo and it was poorly made, I do not recommend buying water or Eskimos in this place.

A lot of variety of snow, and very rich. We always go for banana splits, but lately they raised the prices and the new employees give less snow and everything. ?

Very bad attention from an employee named Yuni who, due to a mistake, spoke to us in a very despotic way ?

The girls Patricia and Carol were super friendly from the moment I arrived at the place, I felt like they already knew me before. They have to visit the girls and the dessert I ate was delicious. They prepared it for me instantly. Yummy!!!!!
