I love Mexican pastries because they are not overpowered with sugar. I have found over the years they typically lacked moisture. My wife hated Mexican sweet bread because of the dry texture and plainness. After seeing La Hacienda on instagram, I looked up some ratings and went to check it out myself. Wife came along for the ride with no real expectations. I got several different pastries like conchas, cream cheese horns, empanadas, some long flavored pastry (strudel) 🤷🏻. Bought it with a cup of coffee. On the drive home I started with the concha and holy hell, it was moist, soft, and not too sweet. I told my wife to try it and she said no. After begging her to try it, she gave in. She took a bite and said, “Oh. My. God.” We then started taking bites from everything and they were very consistent in the texture and flavor (SO FREAKING GOOD). The filling was not too sweet so it was perfect and sent my taste buds over the edge (Thank u for not messing it up by over sweetening it). The balance is perfect. I usually will buy a coffee from places, then use it for the dish and throw it out, but I was pleasantly surprised by her coffee as well. I found after tasting everything, I continued to drink the coffee and told my wife, “The darn coffee is good too.” Well, we are about to go out that way today and fill up for the week, can’t stop thinking of those cream cheese ones🤤.

I was very excited to try this place out for the first time and I just wanted to say that the service was great but unfortunately I was very disappointed on the the fact that I spent over $150 on two cakes ($65 each + a $20 custom cake fee for an extremely basic cake for some reason) which I had no problem paying because when you see a price like that you’d expect the best cake ever but to get a cake that was nothing but straight up frosting with a handful of strawberries sandwiched together with a very thin sheet cake and don’t get me wrong the flavor was good but I just don’t believe that it was worth my money for a highly priced cake order, I’ve gotten better for less unfortunately… I do believe social media overhyped the expected quality.

All y’all this bakery is very highly recommended from the minute you walk in and the quality of the sweet breads and pastries. I’m about an hour away and I don’t mind doing the drive at all. Freshness and customer service is amazing!

This is my 2nd time buying from la hacienda. I was very delighted at first visit. This 2nd visit I bought a couple of filled conchas. I was enjoying my concha with a coffee till I felt something while I was chewing, I thought it was a nail at first. I don't know what it was, but to me looked like a booger 🤮🤢. Sorry I just feel so disgusted, I'm not saying this rudely, but I am saying this disgustedly. The ladies here are very friendly and I know they are always busy. They do have alot of work. Bakery looks very well kept up. I've just never gotten anything nasty looking in my food. 😪

Drive 30 minutes to try the famous tik tok cakes. A lady who is a cashier doesn't even know what flavors of cakes she is selling, I asked her and she tells me I don't know the truth and proceeds to call the customers to pay there with her while I am in front of her asking her, she doesn't know if she had already finished. ask or not and I just call the next customer. Be careful, I'm still standing there in front of her and then I ask her who knows about the flavors and she's already charging the customer without saying sorry, let me take care of it and she just tells me she goes with her, I mean the other girl who's charging. I know it's their job but I think there should be better communication and more knowledge of what is being sold. Honestly the cakes are good, nothing out of this world but the customer service was just not in my favor.

I went in there yesterday to your bakery and got some sweet bread that my wife been asking me for. I loved all the sweet bread y'all sell there I got a little bit of everything and it was all worth my money. Very recommended to anybody especially over you of cakes y'all have now ❤️
