This place is very lucky it’s the only coffee shop in a massive shopping complex… there is nothing inherently superior in the coffee, and the service is SLOW… I mean SLOW.
You will wait in line for 5-20 minutes depending on the day and time, and then another 10-20 to get your coffee.
I worked in the service industry for over a decade; there are much more efficient ways to make coffee orders… don’t bother going here unless you’re just looking to post their cups on Instagram… it will not be worth your time and money.
The coffee was disappointing dark roasted with a bitter, burnt taste. The almond croissant was decent, nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, the food and coffee don’t really justify the price point.

La La land kind Cafe the cutest aesthetic modern place to go have a Latte, Tea or Matcha date with your bestie, sister or anybody. The staff are so polite and friendly. I do recommend going on Weekdays because the Weekends do get a little busy and will struggle a bit to find parking but to my surprise the line to order goes by very fast. Has a couple of tables inside but the location does have a beautiful patio with a variety of seats.
Now the menu, I ordered the Banana Chai Latte and let me tell you it was Delicious! My sister ordered her strawberry with Matcha Cream and she Loved it, My mom her Chai pudding of course “loved!” I will say they have a variety of Matcha flavors for all Matcha lovers. The pastries are good but not all that but anything to satisfy your cravings. Overall amazing place to just get your drinks and have a chill time.

Have been getting coffee before work at this location since 2023 every morning. Never ask for any favor, except today my card was declined online so I have to rush in store to order and ask them can I get it quick for work. :)) as I expect they said no and give me a dirty look. Is it “kind” like the name of the store? I will still coming here for the coffee because of the brand’s recipe but those girls who work at the cashier should be more professional in the facial expressions. Thank you.

Such a beautiful cafe and the staff is so pleasant to speak to. I love their drinks, especially their matcha! Their almond croissant was too sweet for me and I usually like sweet pastries and drinks so I would try something else if you’re thinking of getting a pastry.
I’ve been here 3 times when I visited HTX for a few days so that should say a lot :)

We go to this lalaland a lot and even place online orders to avoid wait, yet still end up waiting 10-15 min over the time it says itll be ready on the app. Not to mention the waiting area for orders is so cramped and standing around for so long is awkward and crowded. Ive looked past this because it is really good, BUT this last time, Saturday morning around 9am was the final straw. I was standing in a sea of people waiting overtime for my online orders (one espresso latte and one matcha). The lady hands me the first latte, the espresso. A couple minutes later she tries handing me another espresso drink and I say it was actually a matcha. She proceeds to shout in front of the entire crowd that i messed up and ordered 2 espressos and need to reorder and that it will take a long time, also making sure to throw in super rude attitude in her tone. While everyone is looking at me after that i just apologized in shock but my boyfriend quickly pulled out his phone to show that I in fact ordered correctly - one matcha one espresso. So why would she shout at me in front everyone that i was in the wrong before confirming or even asking to check the order first. After i showed her that she was wrong she never apologized. They did hand me the correct matcha drink swiftly after this but no apology and no fix in her attitude was shown. All it takes is one horrible customer service interaction to lose business. Not to mention this place needs to limit the amount of orders they take on to make things flow smoothly.

Arrived on Sunday 12:30pm been seeing this store all over my TikTok and I knew I had to try it.
We waited in line to place the order we waited 25mins then waited to receive our drinks another 20mins so in total about 45min wait.
It’s very small especially when the line keeps growing and growing not a lot of sitting inside sadly.
It’s more wait time when wanting to receive the drinks we spent $36.99 on two avocado toast and ice coffee and honestly it’s worth the hype it’s really delicious! Honestly worth the wait they need more cashiers one cashier wasn’t enough especially since he kept going back to earn up the pastries that was in the clear box. The toast was so delicious! I’ll definitely be coming back just making an online order but I wanted the inside store moment. Very lovely store as well!

Cute aesthetic…but the staff is just stands behind bar and ignore you. Everytime I’ve been here I’ve waited 20mins for my one drink despite ordering through mobile. 2/10 experience

I had placed an online order, when I got there it wasn’t ready yet so I patiently waited. No one had called my name when it was done, they called several others before I had to ask. The lady asked if that was all I had ordered & I said no I got an almond croissant. She told me I had to go up to ask for it; that had never been the case before; I didn’t want to make a deal of it I was already running late for work because they never called my name. I asked the lady in the front and she told me to give her a second because the toaster was in a jam. This shows there’s no communication between either of them. Very unprofessional. I told her I’ll just heat it up at work. Not even an “I’m sorry for the wait, have a nice day” Regardless I won’t be coming here anymore. Their moto says “be kind” yet I see the discrimination. I have a Mexican name so I’m assuming that’s why no one wanted to call out my name. It’s a shame because I liked coming here.

I really do love the mission of the place, but I don’t think I should put an order in at 8:30 and not get it until 920. The second time I tried it out I waited about 30 minutes and I asked for a refund, then she brought me my drink in under 30 seconds And as I was telling her I don’t want the refund anymore. She still refunded me and threw away the drink in my face. So I have yet to have luck with getting a coffee from this place and I ordered three!
I went in for the lalaland birthday today and the man at the front desk, Ishmael was so sweet and professional. What a gem of an employee. He made my day happy!
