It was okay, pricey for the size but I guess that’s because it’s over hyped and the cups are very cute. And I would recommend you order online and instead of waiting in the long line.

A bit overhyped I went and waited a long line and it definitely is not a place to come sit down and get coffee it’s a grab and go place the actually drink itself was okay nothing too crazy I got a matcha I’ve had better but it was good. Definitely a one time *experience*. Service tho was great I can’t complain the barista got my order wrong and had no problem remaking my drink!

La la land is such a hype right now. I had very high expectations. Don't take me wrong it's good, just not amazing like the hype makes it seem. Good tho.

To be honest, I’ve never had an experience like this at La La Land. It has always been one of my favorite coffee shops to go to as I do work in this area but today I went in to get a Matcha and the cash register. Lady was extremely disrespectful and rude. First of all there was no greeting whatsoever. I politely asked her if the banana or strawberry Marcella is better and she said was they’re both fine but with A extreme attitude. I decided to just leave after she gave me more sass after asking about what milk I wanted my friend went in after I ordered online because I did not want to go back in there at all and also gave her an attitude. She asked how sweet one of her matches were, and she completely ignored the question mainly asked what milk she wanted in her drink repeatedly until my friend snapped at her then she played all sweet.
I had a really disappointing experience here on my birthday. The new manager was extremely cold and rude during what should’ve been a simple, celebratory visit.
I had a birthday reward showing in my La La Land app, but it wouldn’t apply in their system. Instead of offering any help or empathy, the manager abruptly told me, “You have to sign up two weeks in advance.” I double-checked both my app and La La Land’s official website, and nowhere does it state that you must register a certain number of days before your birthday to receive the reward. I followed everything their website explicitly says you need to do in order to qualify.
To be sure I wasn’t missing anything, I even confirmed the policy separately — there is no two-week rule listed. It felt unfair to be turned away for a policy that doesn’t appear to exist.
Birthdays can already be emotionally difficult for many people, and I was genuinely excited to treat myself to one of my favorite coffees. Instead, the lack of compassion and basic customer service completely ruined my morning.
This used to be one of my favorite coffee spots, and I went regularly — I just hadn’t downloaded the app until recently because I didn’t know about it. After this experience, I’m really disappointed and hesitant to return.
