It used to be a nice place that I would come fairly often to. I've never had any prior issues with this place except for the last two times I was here.
One of them was when I had ordered a drink with espresso and got matcha instead. When I told them, the worker got annoyed with me and said I asked for it. The sticker on the cup says otherwise. Tbh it was no big deal because my drink was remade.
The most recent experience was when an obviously unhappy employee snapped at me when I asked for her to mix my drink for me. I've been asking them to do it for a while now and never had an issue. She told me loudly so everyone in the shop could hear that I could just do it myself. I just didn't want to waste a single use plastic straw when she had the spoon right in front of her that they use to mix drinks.
As if to make a point, she immediately brings out the spoon and mixes another drink right after she made mine.
I don't understand people who come to work upset and take it out on customers--especially when the customers aren't rude in the first place.

Staff was very nice. Drink was okay but overpriced. As for parking, if you park in the parking garage La La Land will validate your parking for up to 1 hour. Just ask at the register when you’re ordering. They’ll have you scan a QR code with your phone, and it takes you to a screen where you enter your license plate number. There is valet and limited street parking, but I haven’t used those options so cannot comment on them.

Love this la la land location! Located in such a cute area with greenery and shops around it plus outdoor seating with the cafe. Usually the least crowded of all the locations. Parking is bad because the complex shares a garage and la la land is the furthest from it but it’s still a free and quite spacious garage. Drinks are always consistent and I’ve noticed they are the fasted moving location! 10/10!

They’re food is really good and I love the store but it consistently takes 10+ minutes to get a simple latte. The staff here is unfocused and do not care about their customer getting out in a timely fashion… Ever

Usually don’t do reviews but had to mentions this one. They are such a lovely team especially Yacine! I’ve been there a couple of times and she’s been really kind and helpful all the time by giving me the best recommendations and always with that contagious smile. Big Shout out to her. Also their ceremonial matcha is really good for the price and the banana cloud is just the best drink I ever had tbh. Definitely my go to coffee shop from now !
