When I arrived I was not greeted and the girl at podium did not smile. I was the only one standing by the bakery display and stood there for 5 minutes. I finally told her can someone help me purchase a pastry please and she said ok what do you want. I know this place is desperate for workers but let's train them with your culture and customer service and a smile! Great pastries as always!

The person that took our order changed our type of quiche without informing us. They were out of the kind that we ordered. The drinks took a long time to come. And the staff would not clear our table as we watched other tables be cleared. Poor quality of service….No worry… we won’t be back.

We waited 10 minutes for our murder to be taken, despite being the only customers in line for dine in, as well as 10 employees behind the counter. Paid at 6:10 and got our food at 6:40. We ordered 3 sandwiches. Not sure what took so long. When we asked the server that brought our food, she ignored us. Been awhile since we had been here, might be awhile before we come back.
