I was so ashamed to sed how this place has down spiraled over the years. As soon as you walk in you can notice the manager sitting in the Togo area scrolling through his phone. Sadly next the cashier looks like he would rather be somewhere else which, I don't blame him having a manager who seems to not care. When we get our food the soups are cold. When they bring it back you can tell they reused the same bowls, which is fine but mine looked like it held my boyfriends tomato basil soup. It brings me to sadness to see my once favorite spot to eat at become so lazy and unprofessional. Worst experience here.

Every single time I PAY for extra dressing with my Uber Eats, they do not add it in the bag. If they would actually fill up the dressing container, I would not have to PAY for extra. I really wish you would go back to actually filling up the small dressing container. The food is good enough, but it's the little changes over time that make me want to stop eating here.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Never disappoints. Service is great and everyone is so attentive. I always go for half chicken Caesar salad sandwich and a cup of their iconic tomato basil soup. The sourdough and strawberry jam is my favorite!

I like the food from the menu and it's prices. But the bakery and coffee were stale during my visit (thus overpriced). The staff is not the most experienced but they are friendly. The decor is pretty good except for the tables and esp chairs, which are crumbling and poorly cleaned... Lots of contrasts here.

I love this location. The inside is so cozy and I could spend hours here. The food came out fairly quick and tasted great. The avocado toast was amazing. The employees are all sweet and respectful. Very clean place.
