This restaurant is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the warm reception from the staff made me feel right at home. The atmosphere is very comfortable, with cozy lighting and unique décor that helps you relax. As for the food, it's nothing short of perfect. Every dish is not only visually appealing but also tastes fantastic. Especially their signature dish, [you can fill in the dish name], which was delicious, with a rich and complex flavor that left me wanting more. The ingredients are fresh, and the attention to detail in preparation is evident in every bite.

Just had breakfast at La Madeleine on West Sam Houston Parkway. It was really cute and cozy – definitely a nice spot. They were pretty busy when we got there, but the staff were super friendly and efficient, quickly bringing out our food and everything we needed. I got the avocado toast and the eggs were amazing, though the portions were a little smaller than I’m used to. The coffee was decent, and the bakery looked incredible. Maybe next time I’ll try one of those croissants! Parking was okay, just a bit of a wait.

I absolutely love this place! La Madeleine has some of the best coffee and croissants around — seriously delicious and perfectly made. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff here are wonderful. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to the manager, James — he was so kind, friendly, and always smiling. His positive energy truly made my day today. You can tell he genuinely cares about making every guest feel welcome. The rest of the team is just as great — attentive, efficient, and super friendly. This is my go-to spot now, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing coffee, fresh pastries, and excellent service!

Staff was rude idk if it was the manager or not but definitely has some racism issues the place is nice but definitely wont be coming back if im being treated this way for being human!

This review is mostly for the owner of this facility.

There are a lot of issues happening with your manager that needs to be fixed.

We had such a bad experience and it seems like it’s not the first time that people of color get treated badly by your staff.

Your manager needs to be more nice and charismatic when helping costumers, and should not take people in a rush, because that’s when you take orders wrong and leave costumers with a bad experience.

Please speak with your staff because there are lot of internal issues going on, there some food quality issues as well.

10/10 service! I ordered the tomato basil soup with the cesar sandwich and it’s always amazing! James was hilarious and made my night! The sweetest person! He deserves a raise!

I haven’t visited this location since August. It’s obvious it’s under new management and Mr. James leads the industry in service at this location. I came in with a half smile and by the time we finished, I was glowing. Mr. James… you are the reason I will frequent this location.

Experience is fine. Food is pretty good. Tables and chairs are honestly bad. Tables are low and I can't fit my legs under them. They are solid wood and so I'm constantly banging myself against them trying to find a comfortable way to sit. Chairs are not comfortable either and are cheap. Service is fine but definitely a B or B-

I was a little disappointed my food was cold when I got it. I’ve always loved this place, but it seems to be losing its shine. Everything looks to be a little bit too well worn time to reinvest and refresh the coziness now seems on its last legs.
