We order pasta and grill cheese sandwiches with french onion and tomato soup on side. French onion tasted a bit burnt and tomato soup was taste too much tangy and could taste raw tomatoes. Pasta was good.

Also, we order vanilla fruit parfait and Napoleon for dessert. They were good.

Dressing is watery. Friand sauce is watery too. Why? Never like that before. Dissapointed

The salad was not as good as in other La Madeleine restaurants. I prefer Westheimer and Eldridge locations.

We normally eat at the LaMadeleine on Shepherd which has always been outstanding. We have eaten at the Sam Houston Parkway one twice now in the last couple of weeks and will not be going back. Both times the croissants were not freshly baked. The first time it was dry. The second time not only was it dry, but it was cold in the center leading me to conclude it had been previously frozen or at least refrigerated. I also would expect a French restaurant’s omelets to be light and fluffy, not have the consistency of an overcooked pancake.

One of the best french cafes in the city. They have wonderful menu options including vegetarian. The bread samples are a hit for my daughter who has loved the bread since she was a child. I just stopped in for a sweet treat so the mini tart hit the spot. Quiche Florentine & strawberries romanoff are my usual favorites.

The customer service at this location was amazing. The Manager James personally greeted each table with a kind, warm, and welcoming smile. I work remotely and spent a portion of my day working at this Location. Throughout the time I spent there, James kept a constant check on me to ensure I was okay and had everything I needed. I’ll be sure to stop in any time I’m in the area as the customer service and food were absolutely wonderful.

I absolutely love this place at City Center Houston 77024. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant itself is clean and cozy. The food is not only healthy but also delicious. Manager James has done an outstanding job building a positive team culture here. Every time I visit, I feel genuinely welcome and respected. James's caring attitude and exceptional management really set this restaurant apart. Highly recommended!

Expected a decent service given the location. But, unfortunately, the lady behind the cashier wasn't friendly enough. So the service did not meet my expectations. I struggle to understand why a staff member looks and talks so disaffected when a customer is perfectly positive and friendly towards her.
