The app is absolutely useless. I ordered a bakery item online for pickup, went to the store only for them to tell me the (seasonal) item isn't available. UPDATE THE APP IF ITEMS ARE UNAVAILABLE. Seriously, what a waste of my time.

A that Madeleine the personnel only talk to each other like the client does not exist, Management is very poor, it is always the same, we were there yesterday, the omelette was too salty, the fruit was very Old. One Asian female employee was talking so loud to another employee, I had to call her attention to please lower her voice. We like La Madeleine but unless service improves and the food as well, we won’t go back there!

Long wait,I was picking up my order and the cashier just keep on Assisting people coming in right after me and he looked at me and Just ignored me.If it wasn't for an nice old asian lady who was cleaning the dishes I would still be there,when I asked her for help she even took my phone and showed the cashier my order and guess what? My order its been seating there the whole time.Thank you dear lady💖.I hope they give better training to the people that are in charge of that picking up area.

I'm sure if corporate did a visit to this store, they would shut them down. I don't time to suggest all the resolutions needed, but start with a more friendly acceptance at walk in.

PARIS BAGUETE only 2 minutrs away... Pastries quality is getting poor: Yellow cream is awful. Teas are mixed with low quality bags..of course full price...

I was invited for breakfast at this location on Sunday, my first time there. The food was amazing and delicious so was the pastries, atmosphere was great too, took a long time to get the food we ordered as we checked in. I would go back for sure
The air conditioning has been out in the Men's bathroom now for 2 months there! So it's very warm in there no cold air blowing at all. I've complained to the lady GM there and recently to the District Manager too that was in there yesterday but they didn't say anything about getting it fixed kind of blew me off! :-( I've 76 retired and eat there 6 times a week right now! I went to the LM web site and filled a complaint there too about this right now!

Word of advice order for there if you want it to go and they have containers for you to take your food in tbe far left of the register. The portions are very small for to go and its already expensive as it is.

I ordered the $8.99 special and had a sandwich with the potato soup. The soup tasted as if it had a refrigerator flavor, as if it weren't fresh and was reheated. It was also lukewarm; who likes soup that's not hot. As I ate, the afternoon crowd thinned out. Then, at some point, some of the female workers thought it would be perfectly fine to shout across the restaurant, holding conversations with guests. My friend with me said perhaps we should shush them. When did this type of behavior become okay? Can we be more courteous of others and professional.
