The air conditioning has been out in the Men's bathroom now for 2 months there! So it's very warm in there no cold air blowing at all. I've complained to the lady GM there and recently to the District Manager too that was in there yesterday but they didn't say anything about getting it fixed kind of blew me off! :-( I've 76 retired and eat there 6 times a week right now! I went to the LM web site and filled a complaint there too about this right now!

Word of advice order for there if you want it to go and they have containers for you to take your food in tbe far left of the register. The portions are very small for to go and its already expensive as it is.

I ordered the $8.99 special and had a sandwich with the potato soup. The soup tasted as if it had a refrigerator flavor, as if it weren't fresh and was reheated. It was also lukewarm; who likes soup that's not hot. As I ate, the afternoon crowd thinned out. Then, at some point, some of the female workers thought it would be perfectly fine to shout across the restaurant, holding conversations with guests. My friend with me said perhaps we should shush them. When did this type of behavior become okay? Can we be more courteous of others and professional.

this was the worse La Madeleine we have ever been too. Ordered the custom omelet (crispy bacon and cheddar cheese) which comes with tomatoes and croissant. Requested it to have pay spray - no butter. Told them to put tomatoes on the side and bring extra plate ... First omelet came with tomatoes on the plate and it wasn't even prepared correctly .. had tomatoes all through the entree. Requested it to be redone ... it came out // No croissant and no tomatoes and no extra plate ... it was gross and disgusting... then they brought a crosissant which was iced cold and stale. What the heck. We go to other La Madeleine's throughout Houston and this one was gross .. Do Not Eat Here . So disappointed. Other couple ordered similar omelets and theirs didn't look any different.

I got a delivery from here for my lunch at work. This was SUPPOSED to be a caprese sandwich, not a case of food poisoning waiting to happen from rotting slimy lettuce.🤢 And where’s the mozzarella??? You know… the main ingredient of a caprese sandwich?!? Absolutely disgusting and a complete waste of money.
