I’ve been ordered the baker dozen for year from the crossroads location in Houston, the order today with 5 Almonds, 4 chocolate almonds and 4 ham cheese but it came with 1 almond short. The service needs work at this location.

The food is good but the service is not. They take a long time to bring the food while the employees are eating in the line and we are waiting for our order.

I asked them to burn the sugar in the creme brûlée and they didn't do it, they just kept telling me that it was ready and I told them that it wasn't brown, you can see the sugar and they simply didn't burn it like they usually do in any Madeline! Well, they don't do it here, just so you know.

Can I just say..: WOW! The food was amazing, as well as everyone in here! Holly was just the sweetest ever, just a peach (: She was very attentive to everyone in here, not just me! She saw my boyfriend get up to get himself a drink and she immediately stepped in and got the drink for us herself! would recommend 10/10

A half dozen or more employees roaming around while one single solitary young lady was doing to go orders. Keep her and get rid of the rest. Have them take away that female manager as well. She wears a red shirt but is no manager. Some young man asked me what I wanted and walked off. Some female was daydreaming and staring at product instead of attending customers. I finally had enough and asked why the inattention. I’m a professional but I have no patience for incompetence. All I wanted was pastry but too much for them to handle. I’ll report this to corporate.

The ham egg and cheese croissants had slightly chipped pieces of ham and the same for the bacon. It was more egg than anything. The croissants have also gotten smaller. This was noticeable. Stop doing this, you're a major company and people with money will spend it. You don't have to cut corners like this, too obvious to notice.
