This place has lost its charm. Had the famous soup, country breakfast and avocado toast. They missed the mark on each of them.

Came earlier in the week and received this voucher on the receipt. Excited I come back to redeem either a pastry, dessert, or SPECIALTY coffee. Thinking to myself specialty coffee sounds nice. Was given a to go cup and said to get coffee around the corner. So if you expect to redeem anything for free good luck at this location.

I had the pleasure of introducing my daughter to La Madeleine’s with a bowl of soup, which she loved so much that when she came out of surgery a couple months later, she looked to that same soup for comfort. It’s not currently on their menu, but when I called asking about it, they made a special pot just for her, and gave us a full loaf of bread to go with it. I am humbled by the experience, and hope they are blessed with good business, and customers as kind as their staff.

I love this place.. I REALLY love the Sacher Torte.. HOWEVER.. they seem to disappear inexplicably.. I had 2, then I had one.. then I had half of one 🤨 I need more..

No crunchy top layer on the crème brûlée.
I believe the way that they store their display foods containing meat and eggs in it. Along with the way they store their pastry items could be a 1000% times better.

Ordered delivery from this location, was missing a soup but brushed it off, it happens. However, I ended up finding aluminum foil in my mashed potatoes. Unsure if this is a consistent issue but a fair warning to people to check the food before eating.

This location is one of the best. The service is exceptional, and when it's Mrs. Olga's turn to bring our order to the table, we appreciate it because she's very friendly, always greets us with a smile, and takes wonderful care of us. What can I say about the food? It's delicious, there's no long wait, and it's always clean.
