La Michoacana Natural Ice Cream

I would give no stars if possible for service. No sense of urgency. It’s not the first time I encounter this from the employees. No greeting and was not acknowledged despite standing in-front of the counter. Now I remembered why I decided not to come to this place.

Went in line at 8:00pm, no one said hey or even moved fast enough to help anyone.. it was 8:15 and the service was slow and horrible. Just walked out, they don’t seem to have any customer service at all.

this is the second time this month on a Sunday at 11am and its closed thats suppose to be the “opening” time and ive waited till 11:15 and its not open?? if you guys have changed your business hours please update it thank you. so unprofessional and ive been coming here for years.

This is the perfect stop for a cool treat after a hot day of playing outside. They have so many different choices for ice cream and popsicles; we cannot wait to try more!

Yesterday, Saturday, August 10, 11.32 am, the Michoacan Weskpark / Addick Clodine had a woman roasting chicken at a temperature of 92 F and with a thermal sensation of 101 F, she was indignant and complained about this abuse. Another employee answered, IT'S NOT ABUSE, IT'S VERY SLOW, THAT'S HIS PUNISHMENT. I DO IT ON OTHER Saturdays and I finish before 10 am. Oh yes!!! It turns out that you also support the managers who commit injustices WHEN YOU ALSO BE UNdocumented ? There I continued complaining until they arrested the lady for a while. I TOLD THE MAN IN CHARGE AGAIN, YOU ARE A TREMENDOUS ABUSER. There are many shady areas to roast chicken, beach umbrellas are insufficient.

Truly such a delicious!I been going here since I was a kid and now I like to bring my kids. It’s truly delicious! Anything you get here promise will not fail you! It’s super yummy.The owner is super sweet and nice!Awesome customer service! I do wanna say the lines to get big here but it’s worth the wait!

Very good service, the girls are very friendly and their fresh products are very delicious.

I love fruit water, and I drive 20 minutes to get to the place but the last few times I come they don't have it.
They need more awake employees, they seem to be asleep.

First time visiting this location! Very friendly service. On this occasion I bought 2 ice creams and 1 horchata water. Delicious!

I love the ice cream at this place.
I took away 2 ? because lately every time I take my children the atmosphere is uncomfortable (because of the music)
Music is always playing with words that are not appropriate for a place like that, since being an ice cream parlor, the logical thing is that there are children, attention is good, the ice creams my children love them, I have other ice cream parlors nearby, but friends children and we like the ones from here, so I go buy them and we eat them at home, to prevent my children from listening to those music with lyrics full of bad words or degrading words.
